Great location, pretty nice rooms (looks better then on photos).

Staff could be definitelly more polite to guests. They even not say hello if someone enter the hotel. There was not ameniry kit and no coffee or tee in the room. Hotel is very basic for 4 stars...

The location was wonderful. Down the street from Checkpoint Charlie and a few steps from an entrance to the subway station.

The entrance door to the room we were in was extremely close to the beds which leads me to think most of the rooms were like this especially since I could hear people having relations when walking down the hallway after exiting the elevator.

We've stayed in a 1+1 apartment. It was too spacious for party of 3. Kitchen appliances and supplies are more than sufficent. Blackout curtains are favorite. Hospitality is super. Staff is very wellcoming and helpful. There are good places nearby to dine. Close to Potsdamer Platz station.

The room is compact and entrance didn’t have proper reception area and no cleaning of rooms provided for the four nights we stayed.

The location was very good to the sights we wanted to see and close to restaurants and shops. The staff was responsive via WhatsApp for questions and needs. It is a quiet place. Amenities were good.

There could be more hooks to hang towels in the bathroom and in the bedroom.

It's our second time staying at Wilde hotels (previously we stayed in London), and we think it's a great chain for family travels, super convenient, modern, and clean. The rooms are great, spacious, and have everything. Irina helped us with check-in and answered all our questions. Everyone was nice. The location is great - it's right at Checkpoint Charlie and by the Panorama Wall museum. It's quite walkable to other attractions too. We will def choose Wilde in other cities when travelling

The area lacks good breakfast options, and we tried to have breakfast at the hotel, which they just launched recently. It does need improvement. And I think it would be great to have this option especially in this area

The apartment is well equipped: We stayed over Christmas (restaurants closed), and we could easily cook simple dishes, like pasta. However, ultimately it is the super friendly and welcoming staff that make this place worth returning to.

If you wish to have a warm, fuzzy feeling of home in cold Berlin weather- Choose Wilde. If you want to walk to all the good berlin places like Checkpoint charlie, topography of terror, Memorial of murdered Jews, Brandenburg Gate and Berlin mall- Chhose Wilde. If you want your kids to have an amazing time and make lovely friends with the freindly reception staff- Choose Wilde. If you love Oscar Wilde then you dont have a choise you just choose Wilde. I might even only go to cities where Wilde has apartments from now, thats how mice they are.

Honestly i didnt notice anything. May be more frequent cleaning would have helped.

Very very spacious and well decorated apartment. Very pleasant to stay.

The mattress and pillows could be more comfortable.

We liked absolutely everything. The location was perfect. The staff was kind and supportive. The apartment was clean and comfortable. It exceeded our expectations.
