Great location. Great staff.

The room was full of dust. The shower fixture leaked water and squirted it all over the bathroom. The stairway looked like it had not been vacuumed in months.

The hotel is near to the most famous shopping street, the staff are really nice and useful and the overall look of the hotel is really good.

Everything was perfect.

Location. Staff were generally amiable. Tall ceilings. Comfortable bed. Electric kettle and fridge in the room.

The hotel was poorly insulated for sound. You could hear every movement in the hallways from the room, which conversely would allow others to hear sound emitting from the room into the hallway; diminishing any opportunity for privacy. Whilst the rooms were more than sufficiently heated, I found the lack of humidity indoors to be a real problem. The extremely dry air caused irritation to my sinuses, which ultimately resulted in a very poor quality sleep. The room was dilapidated and in a worn condition. The finishings were marked, or coming apart at the seams, or displayed very visible signs of wear. The surfaces were not sufficiently cleaned, and displayed markings of use from previous guests along with copious amounts of dust. The couch and long stool were stained, as was the shower curtain. The overhead shower head had not been scrubbed to remove mineral deposits in some time. I had to scrub the shower head with my own sponge and soap to remove deposits in order to allow for a more steady water flow.Upon arrival at the hotel I was offered the option to pay an additional 30€ for an early check-in. As a guest who was staying at the property for 6 nights, it would have seemed reasonable to waive this fee. I understand it is part of their business model to charge for an early check-in, but it is something the property should consider forgoing for guests whose stay is longer than say just 2 or 3 nights. On the Friday of my stay I exited the room on time and requested that the room be turned. I came back to the property and found that no one had turned the room, despite my timely request and having given the hotel staff ample time to turn the room. The next morning the hotel staff called my room twice to discuss further the issue of the room having been overlooked, despite my having declared to reception that I had planned to sleep in and the ‘DND’ switch was displayed for my room.

This hotel is a health hazard! We paid €185 for a room that was a freezing 7°C. No heating, windows left open, and zero care for guests. As a direct result, both of us are now severely ill. This is an absolute disgrace.We officially demand a full refund of our money. Furthermore, we expect a formal apology via phone or email for the physical suffering you caused us. This wasn't a stay; it was a health risk. We will take further action if this is not resolved. SHAME ON THE MANAGEMENT!

Spacious, comfortable room with a cozy bed. Conveniently located within walking distance of bars, shops, and subway stations. Friendly staff.

Super location in Schoneberg.

Room crazy hot: airco didn’t work. We got a fan and 2nd day airco ‘kind of repaired’ (still warm). No standard cleaning of rooms.

The personal was nice, welcoming and assist in everything. We got proffesinal service from Partrick, Mohammad and Steffie and of course MR. Mansori, the hotal manager

I stayed one night because my usual hotel Riu was fully booked and I’m glad I did! Check-in was fast with a tablet, and Mohammad and his colleague were very friendly they gave me free upgrade to bigger room. The best part was the check-out after many years of traveling, this was one of the best with smiling receptionists . They even brought the invoice to my car! Merci beaucoup to Baha and his team keep providing this great service!

the lamps in the room kept turning on and off, the AC wasn’t working properly and there was dust under the windows

I loved the attention to detail with the styling of the room (Japanese inspired details, e.g. blinds). I stayed in the luxury double room and it was quite spacious and appealing. The bed was very comfortable. There are good bus and U-Bahn connections. The hotel is in a quiet street, which was important for me.

The shower curtain did not prevent the water from making small puddles on the bathroom floor and there was no mat for my feet when I got out of the shower. This is a a little annoying but would not stop me from staying there again as I really liked the room. I didn't complain about the missing mat, and it may have been rectified if I had said something.

Lift was out of order

The location of the hotel was great as it was close to the Uban station and only 20min walk away from the Zoologischer Garten station. On top of that the food around the area was great!

While the staff was extremely friendly, the hotel's cleanliness was something that they were lacking. On top of that the beds are extremely soft. Lastly, the shower doesn't drain the water well, just a few minutes of showering leads to a complete flood.

The room I originally received had a small flaw: a leaky window. I reported it at the reception o immediately got another room of the same standard. The staff did not make any problems, they were friendly and helpful

The staff were lovely and the location was great. The room was cute, but very small.

The room was much smaller than I expected, this may be due to my room being upgraded due to some apparent issues with the windows in the room I booked. Also, the tap to change the shower to run as a bath was broken, so when I wanted a bath, I had to fill the tub using the shower hose. There was also dust hanging from the ceiling. There were also no channels available on the tv.

Location is great- right in the centre of gay district and short walk to underground station Nollendorfplatz

The lift was broken for duration of my stay Thursday to Sunday. I found it unbelievable that an emergency engineer could not be sourced/called during this time. I was moved from basement to 4th floor as compensation, this was not a welcome upgrade. The room does not reflect the pictures used on website. Decor and walls in room were dated, stained and damaged. A shower curtain is used in bathroom which I have not seen in hotels in a very long time. Stairwells were dirty and in need of a revamp. Hotel failed to respond to my email in relation to issues.
