Very small room with little space.

Location was perfect for us as it was right around the corner from our friends. Property was very clean and our room was very spacious.

Bin men making an absolute racket at 6:45am - manoeuvring probably about 4-5bins back and forth (not nice being woken as we had been up for almost 24hrs the day before travelling.New Years Day morning we expected noise but not a karaoke in the room above at 3:30AM. (Was tolerable until music was turned up at that time)

Excellent location, very quiet, still very close to commercial areas, close to transport. Staff very friendly and helpful. Very clean.

Everything was great. Near the apartment is shopping mall, big parking, playground, Christmas market !!!, subway. We parked our car in the parking in Shopping mall, because there are a lot of spaces and we have big car. the apartment's underground parking has maximum height 1.8m. We looked for the entrance to the building more that 10 mins. The apartment is new and clean.

There was not trash bags, unfortunately, it's not a critical but it was.

Appartment was spacious and modern.

Complete discrepancy between photos on booking.com and reality. Location not nice. WiFi did not work. Staff not flexible nor friendly. The hotel advertised as old Berlin architecture and special atmosphere with a soul. Reality was an apartment in an ugly 1970s building with a view on a parking spot and a concrete wall. And all this for Euro 750 for three nights without breakfast. Very disappointing.When we wanted to change to a room in the classical building we were refused to look at the room beforehand. And staff announce we would need to pay the full apartment price anyhow.

Easy check-in

The rom itself looks small and acceptable, but the service was disappointing. There was very little flexibility and the staff did not feel customer-oriented. I was asked to pay €25 just to check in two hours earlier (1:00 pm instead of 3:00 pm). At check-out, I requested a small extension of 30 minutes (11:30 instead of 11:00) and had to send several messages before it was finally accepted. Even then, I still received reminders to leave at 11:00. Overall, while the facilities are good, the experience with the staff left a negative impression. I am not sure I would return.

A spacious room and bath; a small balcony; a comfortable area to work.

There is a half floor not reached by the elevator. It was okay for me but I think guests should be asked if they need help. I am not sure whether this limitation was mentioned at the property's properties.

Not good enough drainage in bath tub, spilled water outside. Apartment was close to entrance and car park, not quite enough during the night. Not enough towels provided for 4 people

Location is the bonus.

Pillows,mattresses had a rubber like waterproof cover so very hot during the night.

It’s a great hotel with super nice and helpful staff. Rooms are very clean and it’s located close to shopping and many great restaurants.

Air condition will be a plus but we did not really need it. I can just imagine if + 28 outside the fan will not be enough.

The staff were friendly and very helpful.

Parts of the room had been modernised and redecorated, but one or two of the shabby bits of furniture were not of the same standard. It would have been nice to have tea/coffee making facilities in the room.
