The receptionist was very nice and welcoming

The room is tiny, the bed is tiny, the mattress is not comfortable at all and there is barely any space for your things. I mean there is a chair where you can hang a coat and then there are 3 hooks on the wall where three hangers (empty !) can barely fit. 2 half empty bottles of shampoo and soap in the bathroom. I expected much more from motel one to ne honest

Comfortable hotel in great localization. Clean and comfortable rooms, nice restaurant, helpful staff. Recommended.

Staff was very polite and helpful. The hotel very clean, and breakfast perfect for me and my girlfriend, a lot of vegan options!! Very nice to see.

I have nothing negative to say, but maybe I'd like more tips and recommendations (restaurants, museums...) to read in the room.

The check in process and staff were good. The cleanliness of room was not satisfactory.

The toilet seat had urine on it. I came home with multiple bug bites on my body after spending one night. I fear they may be bed bug bites and i'm now very concerned about having transported any back along with the horrible discomfort of the bites themselves.

Great location, clean, comfortable, helpful staff. Really good value for the price in central Berlin.

Great vibe, comfy bed- had the best night’s sleep, spotlessly clean room, very friendly and accommodating staff.

It was a non smoking hotel but there was a bad smell of cigarette smoke wafting in through the vents. Either someone was smoking in their room or it was coming from outside. This was the only thing I could fault. The receptionist offered for me to change rooms, which was appreciated.

Staff is very friendly, room was clean, great location steps from the U Bahn.

A bigger blanket please. Why is there a twin duvet on a full bed? I also wish for this price that the rooms had a kettle or mini fridge.

I understand that this is an economy hotel, but I was surprised that there wasn’t even a cup provided in the room. The guests didn’t seem very considerate, and it was noisy late into the night with sounds coming from the neighboring rooms and the floor above, which made it difficult to sleep. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a quiet and relaxing stay.

Lovely bar area and helpful staff. Warm and welcoming. Made you feel at home. The bed was comfortable and the location is amazing to access Kreuzberg and central points by metro in Berlin. The cleaning service was amazing and the room was spotless upon our return in the afternoon/evening.

The breakfast coffee machine could run all day, offering cheaper coffees as they were quite expensive at the bar. Or, coffee in the room would be even better.

The room and facilities were modern and clean.

The room was tiny. We hardly had any space to walk around. The bathroom ventilation didn’t work which turned the bathroom into a steam room for hours on end.

I didn't really like much, But it was objectively pretty average and okay.

I found the team to be a disgrace. Very unhelpful and beyond that they blamed me for they mistake, double charged me and then cancelled the breakfast my hosts paid for.

Clean and comfy room, quite small, but all you need for a weekend. At the back we could not hear the street. Friendly staff

Good location, quiet at night, easy access to Moritzplatz station. Just 2 stations from Alexander Platz. Close to a supermarket and cafes. Clean, modern, good quality of bed and pillow, good breakfast (optional, you have plenty of places to have breakfast in Berlin).

Teeny room. It was a one night stay. I’m glad it was a short trip. A longer trip in that room would have felt claustrophobic.

Stuff (specially, as i remember his name was Sezen / Sezer) was extremely rude. we asked a receptionist if the room as we booked , because at booking there are 2 types of rooms are shown. She told us they have one type of room. and asked her colleague. than He came, told us sth no valuable with non-friendly way and later he accused us to "create problem" by almost shouting level. unbelievable, if he is tired / stressful he should have a break but not shout or accuse guests to "create a problem" when guests asks questions. We didnt have any issue with the rest of employees. thank you to them.

Staff were exceptionally friendly and the room was spotless.Well situated for the trains.

I’d have liked the ability to make a tea or coffee in the room.

The Bathroom was tidy and clean.

The Breakfast was tasty, but organized horrifically. No space to sit, no space to grab food.
