Hotel Villa Konstanz

A nice hotel with unique and charming interior and rooms. Excellent breakfast and easy parking on the street, which is also free on weekends starting from Friday 6 PM. Easy check-in and check-out.

The single room could have been slightly better sound isolated, and the bathroom can be a bit small. Overall nothing major to complain about.

The location was great for my needs. I walked 6 city blocks at 1:00 am from a friend’s home and I felt safe.

Will not ever stay here again. Our family was very disappointed with the accommodations. No should have to keep waking up itchy and scratching themselves all night due to something on the might.

Breakfast was quite disappointing – there were no vegetables and many items were not replenished, even though there was still an hour left until the end of breakfast service

Small hotel built into a former villa. It was the perfect location at a great price for my specific needs. Daily breakfast was a welcome start to the day. The high ceilings made my modest room feel spacious and even a bit luxurious. The owner was very friendly as was staff.

I needed to be in this part of town but if you don’t, it’s maybe too sleepy and non-touristy

But my husband had to repair bath himself, but it was not a problem

Didn’t change towels, so it was half wet for all of days.

This is a cosy hotel in a convenient location. A U-Bahn station is located up the street and an S-Bahn station is maybe 5-8 minutes away on foot. Double bedroom with a very comfortable bed. Good choice of food at breakfast served in an attractive room.

Staff was v good

There were many problems.. The washroom sink was having problems.. Plus it looked like.. Quite a lot of work is required wrt maintainance..Plus the breakfast, we didn't liked

Only one of the receptionists was very, very kind and friendly.

We had to pay 3 euros for a pillow for our daughter, our room was reserved for 2 adults and a kid but they didn't want to give an extra pillow for our daughter

Breakfast was an open buffet with fresh ingredients. Location is good, close to bus and metro stations. There is also free parking behind the hotel. Definitely will stay there whenever we are in Berlin.

Dated property is inside, has a message that I had to check in by 8pm which wasn’t a clear at the time of booking, two small towels for shower, quality of shower gel worse, bed/see pictures/ weren’t clean, shower mouldy, and breakfast wasn’t clean and felt not fresh.

Breakfast was ok. The lady taking care of the breakfast was the friendliest staff member there.
