Staff were kind. Room was comfortable size, with space to lay out belongings. Rooms were well maintained during stay, and comfortably warm.

No kettle or fridge. Bed was not particularly comfortable. Breakfast was quite expensive - I didn’t bother, and just went elsewhere for the same price.

The subway is nearby. The staff is helpful, and the room and beds are comfortable.

The room was clean and had almost everything we needed. The staff was very warm from the time we checked in until we checked out.

Nothing specific to highlight. Can be a little noisy during the night as it's on the main street.

There’s not much going on in the neighborhood

Breakfast was good. There was also this older gentleman working as a waitress etc. He was so energetic and super friendly, also funny! He made the day start! Great guy! Bar was also pretty nice!

Hotel is pretty old, and you can see it on everywhere. It has stayed on the late 90`s and early 2000's. My bathtub was rusted, and there was a hole in in it.

The location was great for my congress at Messe Berlin! Staff was always very friendly and helpful.

The bed was old, needs upgrading. Same with the pillows.

Staff was good

The cleanliness and comfort of the room require improvement. Furthermore, the early entry into the room by staff, prior to the 11:00 AM checkout time, compromised guest privacy.

Excellent location for city trip, breakfast affordable and contained everything you need. You can book a parking lot if needed. Rooms were very clean.

The beds were way too soft and the pillows of poor quality. The rooms towards the main street are very loud and don't have AC, so you have to leave the window open or "enjoy" the heat and lack of air. It is better to ask for a quiet room towards the backsite of the building.

The hotel has an excellent location, just a short walk from two U-Bahn stations, the central bus station, and the Berlin Messe exhibition center. The room, although slightly dated, was very clean, with comfortable beds and blackout curtains for a good night's sleep. Breakfast was tasty, and the breakfast room on the 7th floor offers lovely views of Berlin.

It would have been better if the room had a hair dryer and a secure Wi-Fi connection.

Very clean place, close to the center and FLIXBUS station. The stuff was very nice and kind. There is a bar at the reception so you can relax having some drinks.
