they spoke only russian and german, the receptionist do not speake english or french.At the end , the receptionist women was rude , she not asked me in proper way as I need to leave the room at time any way she just said something in german.

I was not able to enter the property and was not able to check in. At 20:30 door to the property was closed, door bell didn't work, property phone number was not available. I have written messages to the property over bookings site but got no answer. After 30 minutes of pushing door bell and phoning unavailable phone number I paid another hotel around the corner. I couldn't knock the door and make noise because the property is in apartment block with many flats. After 24 hours my messages to the property are still not answered.

Great location, close to U-bahn station, bars and restaurant. Neighborhood is really nice. Hotel is on the 4 floor of the building. Staff was nice and friendly, room and bathroom were clean.

Door to my room was quite thin, so I've heard people walking the corridor.

The staff could respond to messages a little faster, especially when it comes to questions related to logistical issues, e.g. regarding planning your arrival.

the room was big and with 3 beds and sofa, a coffee table, had a terrace.

Carpeted floors are nice, but they need to be cleaned deep and well or they smell like feet and dust. If you are travelling aiming to get lucky on a date that is not exactly sexy.Having a tv is a nice thing to have, but considering the size of the room maybe it could have been bigger and better placed. This was placed on a board over a heater that was working as a holder, with a flying cable passing in front of it all the way to the plug. Not the most elegant solution.

Very professional and friendly staff, comfortable facilities, balcony with a great view!

They tried to charge an extra 50 % for the dog. I disagreed. We agreed on a cancellation. They didn't honour it and stole the money. Avoid, they are gangsters.

I was happy to be staying in an older building. Although the sewage smell was a bit strong at times.

Booked this hotel for 1 night, paid 47 $ in January 2024. Located on the last floor of the house.RECEPTION: Had no experience, due to check in is automated and it's very easy to get in.ROOM: I lived in the "Double Room", double bed with private bathroom. Overall the room was good, clean, the bed was comfortable. There is a window, table, refrigerator in the room. BATHROOM: Clean, water was warm and the pressure was ok. Towels are provided. There is no washing machine in the number. Shampoo, soap are not provided.CHECK OUT: 11:00

The worst hotel in the...

I strongly advise against staying at this place. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. The room was dirty, had a persistently unpleasant smell despite having the windows open, and the staff were unfriendly. I initially booked for 3 nights, but the room was so unpleasant that I decided to check out early. I discussed this with the property, and they initially agreed, saying I could leave and they would adjust the booking for a refund later. However, after checking out, they refused to accept the date changes on the booking and didn't provide the promised refund. Consequently, I had to reserve another room in a different hotel, and they did not respond to my attempts to reach out.I have never had such an experience in any other hotel worldwide.Unfortunately, I can't give a zero rating.

The room is super, clean and nice, it was a great value for the money spent. But the hotel is on the 4th floor and there was no light in the entrance lobby, which would be enough for somebody to have to run back, because is lonely, then there is no lift so you have to move from the 1st floor to the 4th floor in a lonely and very dark staircase, I felt frightened by as African man I was prepared for the worse. But getting to the hotel the room was okay with me, large bedside, nice toilets, good room. But worse still no food, no breakfast etc.

The lift needs to be feet, they need to move their reception to the down floor so that a visit who is coming in for the first time could come inside and see a human being to talk to, if the person is having difficulty opening the can come to his or her aid, I was knocking on the door for over 15 min. Not knowing that the receipt is upstairs they can never know I was around, so is not safe, somebody can easily kidnap a visit like if he discovers that I don't know where am going and there is no how the hotel would be aware of my arrival.

Very friendly staff, great location to visit the city, the hotel is located inside a very nice old style building, we had a quadruple room for three people and it was quite big, high ceiling and balcony.

The one thing that could make the room better would be better bathroom facilities (better shower). The lift wasn't working when we were there, the hotel is on the 4th floor. Not a problem for me but my two teenage kids complained :)

We did get the rooms we booked.

1 room wasn't cleaned upon arrival (around 17:00hrs). Elevator not working (hotel, even reception, at 4th floor). 1 room with door at reception (not so quiet). I did see the mattress during cleaning, it was filthy! The invoice was promised upon departure. On departure, no invoice. I was told it would be emailed to me. Even after sending a reminder I still didn't get the invoice.

Amazing location, really close to metro! The room was very clean, everything was working fine. Cozy, vintage hotel.

There was no shampoo or shower gel. The hotel is located on 4th floor and the elevator was out of service. There was no table or desk in the room.
