Location

Very basic no receptionist at night no facilities

Friendly staff, great room and facilities, clean and warm,.Great location for sbhanLots of restaurants and bars around to.

All good

Great location!Very friendly staff. Room has everything you need. Fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, fridge, kettle, all kitchenware, tea, bottle of water, etc.

Very conveniently located. The Charlottenberg Hauptbahnhof is right on the other side of the road. Taxis are available at all times at the doorstep. The staff are very accommodating and cooperative. We needed to access the lounge for an urgent work meeting after our checkout and the staff at the reception ensured that we could avail it. The room was small but very clean, the bed and all other textiles were fresh. The hotel served a delicious breakfast.

Most of all the location is very central and close to public transport and a lot of great restaurants.

single room was bad. small and depressing/I had changed to a doubleroom paying the diferencethis room was nice

Nice staff, nice room and great location for transport routes around and into the centre

All good

Very convenient to public transportation and shopping

They gave us 2 single beds.

Comfortable beds, great location across from the train station, and lovely staff! Breakfast was very nice too!

No breakfast. Simple clean and close to station.

Arrived late and no staff. Instructions to phone weren't quite right. But 6 tourists and me did escape room type activity and found my key. A lot of fun but slightly stressful.

Nice cozy hotel! Clean. Good location.

Nothing to add here

The location is very good. It's near to train station and, subway. The staff is very polite. Excellent service. Very clean.

The washbasin is very small.

In addition to being very knowledgeable about the city, the staff were always cheerful and ever ready to help. I loved the art work (paintings and posters) that lined the corridors and stairs and the rooms. The location of this hotel is outstanding, with direct access (within a few minutes) to the S-Bahn, U-Bahn, buses and a taco stand opposite the hotel.

There wasn’t anything that I didn’t like

Everything within walking distance A very pleasant man at reception helped us with all our questions. Unfortunately, I don't know his name, but he was very nice

There were no slippers because the floors were cold

Accommodation and breakfast

WiFi connection in the hotel is slow.

The bedroom was clean but the bathroom was very dark, a little bit moldy and always smelly. While the facility seems to be in good conditions, the mattress was really worn out. I couldn’t get good sleep on it and felt drained in the morning.

The location/ proximity to public transport. It’s right in front of Charlottenburg-S station

Friendly staff at the reception

Extremely dusty room, very old, light in the bathroom did not work well, only hand towels available, 4 separate single beds in the family room :(

Great location with plenty of food options and a nice local dive bar around the corner.

The sink in my room was far too small and didn’t drain properly.
