    Pros +

    • The room was beautiful, with tasteful furniture and decor. Good location: many restaurants and bars nearby, a lovely coffee shop right across the street and public transport available not far from the hotel. Comfy bed with a down comforter and a lovely desk for any work you might want to do.
    • Located in a very good neighborhood, and with attractive pricing.
    • I liked the location. Also, it was a peaceful and quiet place.

    Cons -

    • There's no elevator, which you should keep in mind if you can't walk up the stairs. Also, Berlin is quite cold and it takes a while for the rooms to heat up, because the ceilings are so tall. The bathrooms could use some heating sources as well.
    • Very smal beds, luttle to no amenities, and in 4 night I was in, I never saw an staff.
    • It was way overpriced. I could live with the frayed towel edges, the empty shower gel bottle, the drawers that open by themselves and the shower's mixer tap that almost falls apart in your hands, but not at that price. The only window that one could open was the one in the bathroom and it didn't have a mosquito net. So, if you want to breathe, you get mosquitoes. Also, don't trust the pictures for the Comfort room on booking.com. It doesn't have cooking appliances.

The location is central and there are many cafes and shops around. Getting around the center is easy from the hotel. Self-checking process was nice.

Rooms are definitely better presented and looking in the Booking photos. Building is old, rooms as well. Staff does their best, but there is a limit to their efforts. Room was prepared for 1 only, not 2.

The hotel is located in a nice area. It’s not in the downtown but bus stops are within the walking distance.

    No complaints

Charming hotel in a practical location.Quite close to city center, yet easy to enter and leave with a car. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

The building has a lot of character, but lacks an elevator. Also, no breakfast when we were there. The hotel provided a list of nearby breakfast options, which worked out nicely.

Very comfortable stay for a family. Great quality for price ratio too. Very quiet at night and yet central in Charlottenburg. We hope to come back someday!

There was a package of Haribo Goldbären. The neighborhood is quite nice and friendly. I guess 20-30 euros per night would be quite enough for this room. Then the price to quality ratio would be just fine.

The room is very small. I like small rooms but 1.70 wide is just too bad. The room is very expensive for what you get. I have been to Berlin more than 40 times and this is one of the worst rooms. It is quite far away from S-bahn. I haven't seen a single staff member. It is too digital, too impersonal. The furniture looks like Ikea. When other guests use the bathroom the noise is like a tropical storm. I woke up often during the night. I wrote a small review on Google Maps and staff kept complaining about my review. She did it on booking.com not on Maps.

Excellent location short walk to public transport. Spacious room balcony was lovely. Some great cafes and restaurants on the same street. Coffee machine in reception was a lovely touch. We would love to stay here again.

Self check-in machine (located outside) was easy to operate. Room & bathroom had good sizes. Room was clean. All day coffee and prepackaged croissants.

Self check-in right next to the scanner to open the door, bit awkward paying the bill when someone is also trying to open the door. Mattress on the soft side for my taste.

It was an amazing experience. The staff was kind, the facilities were excellent, very well equipped, wonderful area. I would stay there again a million times. Check-in was effortless, they prepared my room early and left me a present because it was my birthday. 1000% recommended

It was very convenient to all eating places and just a short walk from all the attractions in the city. The unit itself was the perfect size and position

that there wasn't a kettle in the room

Fantastic staff. Room was ready at noon when I arrived. Decent size room, fresh and clean. Free bottle of water, and coffee with snacks.

When rooms have to be ready early, they vaccuum early. I had a late concert and was just awake (9.15) when they started.

The studio was equipped with all kitchen necessities. Very modern finishes, comfortable bed and clean room. The location is safe although it's a bit far from central and trendy areas in Berlin.

There is no elevator in the building and you may have to carry your luggage via stairs. My room was on the third floor and it was not fun. Also, they seem to prefer minimal contact with customers; all communication had to be done through email or chat, which I didn't have to use during my stay, but would very much have preferred talking to a real receptionist for my needs.

    9AnnaPosted on: 9-25-2023

Confortable rooms and quiet environment in a nice little hotel without front desk. Hardly any personnel ever around, apart from friendly cleaning staff, but a lot of comforts and nice treats. Free hot beverages ans snack available anytime.

Single duvet on a queen size bed, that did not work out too well.

    9AlicePosted on: 9-22-2023

Everything was clean and comfortable, the online procedures for the check-in and check-out is bery simple and easy to do. I asked for the room to be ready before the check in time and it was ready two hurs in advance! The staff is very kind and available fr everything.

The cleaners were lovely, check in was easy, location was great, kitchen facilities were good, beds were comfortable. Nice bright rooms with high ceilings, the rooms look great on entry.

Unfortunately when we used the room we noticed the toilet seat didn't fit the toilet so that wasn't very nice! We had to fix the shower by tightening a screw as it wouldn't stay up when we were showering. There were a number of shelves in the room which were wonky so you couldn't put things on them.
