The room was a nice size and very clean. I honestly expected it to me much worse.

An affordable and pleasant guesthouse near Charlottenburg station. Clean room with an indoor shower and a toilet in the hallway. Thin doors, no vestibule, but quiet. Breakfast included coffee, tea, cold cuts, cheese, and sausages—basic, but sufficient.

Check-in is only until 8pm. My room was on the third floor, which meant lugging a suitcase.

The location is amazing - close to Charlottenburg station and Wilmersdorfer Straße U-Bahn.The breakfast is basic but very generous.My single room with ensuite bathroom was basic but clean, comfortable and quiet. Everything I needed.

It is easy to miss the entrance.I would have liked a kettle and mug in the room - but probably could have asked for this.

Good breakfast included. Very good location, right next to the station and also lots of restaurants nearby. Shower is in the room so you can access whenever you need. Had luggage storage and helpful reception staff. Later check out which is great for a late Berlin night

No lift. No 24-hour reception.

The staff were very friendly and allowed us to leave our luggage until check-in. When we returned from sightseeing, our luggage was already waiting for us in our room. The proximity to the S-bahn station and the comfort far exceeded our expectations, especially at such a low price.

Convenient location, got what was advertised!

Not a big deal but I got like 3 keys to enter the property. That’s too many keys to manage for me. could have been easier with a lock code or some kind of fob maybe?

A small, inexpensive hotel, clean and well-maintained, with friendly and helpful staff, situated right next to Charlottenburg station, so very easy accessibility to the S-bahn railway line. Many small restaurants located in the vicinity with various types of cuisines.

The only little drawback is the shared toilet and the fact that the private shower is not in a dedicated room, but essentially within the room you stay in, which means one has to also be particular to flick a little pump switch before and after showering.

A solid accommodation at a great price. The decor and furnishings are not the newest, but everything works well. Very comfortable beds. Located in a nice area with shops and restaurants nearby. Close to the S-Bahn and metro stations. About 10 minutes to the stadium and 15–20 minutes to the city center. Private parking available for an additional fee.

Next to S bahn station - so 25 min to Berlin centre. Secure parking,

Limited breakfast options. Very hard t get access to the car park. A long walk back from the car park to the hotel

Location and cleanliness

Building and rooms old and in need of upkeep. UBreakfast adequate but not as stated and they refused to provide fruit.

Location is not bad

Super noisy. I could hear the water running every time the guests in the adjacent rooms were taking a shower.

Very close to Charlottenburg station and shopping district. Quiet despite the location. Nice old building.

A bit anonymous, breakfast was worse than basic, and my room had a damp patch on the ceiling. In need of renovation though bathroom seemed new.

The hotel is conveniently located for public transportation (across the street from the S-Banh station), but despite this, the rooms are relatively quiet. The rooms are a good size and have all the necessary amenities (unfortunately, the furnishings are quite worn and could use at least some renovation (as are the walls, windows, and doors). The option of reserving parking in the enclosed inner courtyard is a great feature, the staff is friendly and helpful, and the breakfasts are good.

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable. There were books you could take to read or exchange.

The breakfast could use a few more options such as cream cheese or fresh fruit
