SORAT Hotel Berlin

The staff was the one of the sweetest staff members I’ve ever met. Such lovely, helpful, professional people. The room was QUIET during the nights (I had a room with a courtyard view)The room was clean.I loved the morning coffee and croissants at the reception.

The hair dryer was a bit weak. The rooms are not newly renovated, but still in good shape.

Location and big tv in the room

Price come along with disadvantages. There is no fridge in the room, rooms are cleaning every 3 days which is atypical for hotels. There is a lot of other things which you can find there but always have on mind how much you paid. Overall for short stay is okStaff is nice and very polite

The "Berliner Schnauze"-staff is actually very nice and sociable.The late checkout option.Clean and quite rooms, the free coffee.

Location

The mattresses were not very comfortable, and although we had requested a double bed, we were given two single beds that constantly moved apart during the night.

There are so many positives about this hotel. I arrived after midnight so the 24hr reception was very helpful. The room was lovely and clean with a great shower. Complimentary coffee and croissants each morning. Luggage storage facility. Close to public transport links. When I checked out the gave me a couple of energy bars and a tin of pop for my journey to the airport. I can't recommend this hotel highly enough. They go above and beyond.

Good location for my needs, bus stops, shops and cafes nearby, friendly host, free tea and croissants in the morning. You can buy a postcard and a stamp from reception!:)

There was a feeling of things being worn-out, like towels thinned from the long use. And some dust here and there. Still, the discount on Booking was good, so it’s okay for this price.

It was good value for money and in a perfect location. They offered a light breakfast included in the price a the rooms/lobby were very clean.

No breakfast, but the hotel offers tea/coffee and croissants (not a bad idea!). The room is quiet and spacious enough, everything was clean, electric kettle in the room with tea and coffee selection, modern bathroom with a shower. Excellent location, KaDeWe and Bikini Berlin are just 5 min walk away, Ubahn and Bus stops nearby too.

The pillows could have been a little more comfortable

I found my stay excellent. The room was clean, modern, and very comfortable, with high-quality bedding. The hotel is quiet, well located, and the staff is welcoming and professional. Very good value for money.If only all my travels, though quite frequent, could be this satisfying. I would definitely recommend SORAT Hotel Berlin.

In this hotel you won’t feel like a stranger, from the very first moment you are welcomed with a smile. It’s a family hotel where you truly feel at home. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe.The room was clean and had everything you need. In the morning, you can enjoy free coffee and delicious, fresh croissants. For me, this is the best hotel in Berlin.Parking is available right next to the hotel — free on weekends (from Saturday 10:00 PM and all day Sunday).Highly recommended, and if I return to Berlin, I will definitely stay there again.

Competent, friendly staff. Great location (between Station Zoo and Wittenbergplatz). No frills at good budget.

Location is excellent.

Outdated, the bed was horrible, breakfast is basically a coffee machine and some bad pastry.

The location of this hotel is great, so close to Zoo and metro station, so convenient to have many choices on different transportations. It meets my expectations with comfortable room, big TV and cozy bathroom, we really enjoyed the staying in Berlin.

Nice and tidy rooms! Newly renovated! Area around the hotel was safe and nice!

The only minus is that the room didn’t have a fridge but luckily it is winter so we just put the drinks outside the window :D

This is not a fancy hotel but it has everything you need and a friendly staff. It's price is also very reasonable. The breakfast is unusual as we eat in the foyer of the restaurant. But it is included and adequate for a light breakfast.

Nice size room with great facilities. Great polite and professional staff every day. Was clean and great to stay at.

The Only issue we experienced was hearing the occupants upstairs being loud at all hours. Unfortunately not a fault of the hotel. Its a common problem at larger hotels anyway.

Very good location, close to subway, big room with big window, bathroom is also nice. Price reasonable.

Amazing location, clean, parking was near by, modern, friendly staff, amazing facilities, free coffee and croissant too!

Room could be a little larger and a larger selection for breakfast would be nice aswell
