Staff is excellent and attentive and really nice. Room is a touch small, but at least they have 5 english channels so you can keep in touch with news. Bathroom very nice and modern.

Saviny Platz is a bit out of the way, but that's not the hotel's fault.

Staying @NH was pleasant, the staff was friendly.Richard was great he answered and helped us whoever we needed it.

Location was perfect, near a few S-Bahn lines that took us anywhere we needed to go. Staff were lovely, got us an early check-in which was ideal due to an all-day event that we were attending. Will 100% stay again if in Berlin!

On the positive side, the location of the hotel is excellent. The sauna facilities are very pleasant and well maintained, and having a bar within the hotel is definitely a plus, adding convenience and comfort to the stay.

The hotel staff appeared rather distant and cold; there was a noticeable lack of basic warmth and friendliness, such as a welcoming smile or a more personal approach.Additionally, the process of sending information for online check-in was unnecessarily demanding and felt more like a self-service system than the level of hospitality one would expect from a hotel. Personally, this type of approach is not appealing to me, as the absence of self-service is precisely one of the values I associate with staying in a hotel.Furthermore, the minibar in the room was completely empty, which I find inappropriate for a four-star hotel and something that should be clearly communicated to guests in advance.

It was convenient for travelling within the city. S-Bahn was very convenient

Amazing stay! Every detail was thoughtfully taken care of. The amenities exceeded expectations and were all free of charge. We especially enjoyed using the hotel sauna. The staff were extremely kind and helpful throughout our stay.For what it offers, this hotel is excellent value for money. It will definitely be my first choice when returning to Berlin.

Really nothing to complain about

Traveled for the Berlin Marathon, location was great with the s-bahn being a very short walk away with plenty of local coffee shops between and restaurants, great for marathon fueling. The hotel also offers an early breakfast option for runners and the atmosphere was great.

Very delicious breakfast with a variety of food. Good sleep and all was very nice and clean.

Waiting times at the reception were longish, but in overall all very fine.

Not much. It felt like I was staying in a dormitory. Had to go through a car park to get to a different annex of the hotel

Service was lacking. Informed me that I was too early for checking upon arrival at reception, as it was before 3pm despite me having booked the previous night - and informing them prior to my arrival that I had done this. Not a warm welcome, and still took a little while to explain that I had already booked the night prior. A few other service items were dealt with bluntly.

Staff were very professional and polite.

ATTENTION/ MAJOR BUILDING WORK IN FRONT OF HOTEL AND BUILDING OPPOSITE STARTING AT 6 IN MORNING!!!I had to check out of hotel and find a different hotel due to the noise. NH should make this clear to clients before booking. This work will continue for months !!!

Location - only a few min walk to both S and U bahn. Lots of great restaurants nearby.

VERY slow front desk service. Mini- fridge out of service that was not fixed during the stay although it was promised to be fixed. While having a parking garage onsite was helpful, not having an elevator was extremely inconvenient. It should be noted or have a sign somewhere at minimum.

The annex wing is a bit complicated to access!! We didn’t get the rooms that were away from the train tracks so it was a bit noisy. Also the gave us double beds instead of twins. They had confirmed our requests for quiet room and twin beds so we were disappointed that it wasn’t upheld.
