Exceptional support I received from the front office supervisors, Kajol and Thitapa. They were both very helpful, professional, and genuinely committed to assisting guests.Virtual assistant on WhatsApp – it was a very convenient feature.

The cleanliness and facilities were below the standard I had anticipated

The room and bathroom were spacious.

We didn't had toothpaste and the batroom floor looked a bit dirty.

Air conditioning did not work but we came back from dinner so late we didn’t call the front desk about it. Fortunately the window opened but it was noisy all night.

The hotel has a great location and a very calm atmosphere. It was a wonderful and peaceful place, truly worth the experience

The only thing I didn’t like was the first night. The room had two beds pushed together, which made sleeping uncomfortable, as I constantly had to be careful about the space and felt like I might fall off the bed. However, when I requested a room with a proper double bed, they changed the room immediately.

The location is not the best but not bad too I expected the street to be more lively, but it barely has some restaurant in around 5 mins walk. The breakfast was wonderful; it is well varied. The staff are friendly and can recommend places, one of them even brough us to the room the correct spelling of a place we asked about.

Nothing specific. Only there was a bad smell in corridor in the morning one day, but we told the reception and when we came back it was gone, so very good.

Just the sockets are a bit sparse to use the coffee machine and the kettle and the figuring out the blinders is a problem given that the curtains are not blackout curtains

breakfast is very good and varied, excellent location, friendly staff, excellent restaurant on the ground floor

the distance of the hotel from the parking garage, the price of the daily parking ticket is very high, the hotel does not have a person to take the car to the garage and bring it from the garage

Very spacious, comfortable room. Excellent breakfast. Were greeted with a lovely welcome drink. We also liked the location.

location is near of my work so it was good for me .I didn't have breakfast.Room is clean but the refrigerator is empty.

Rooms were not cleaned properly. Service was terrible. Eggs were cold at breakfast. Stay somewhere else. The reviews on Tripadvisor were 100% spot on. Do not stay here, you've been warned.

The location is perfect. It’s only 1 bus stop from Postdamer Platz. There are also many restaurants nearby.The room was comfortable, clean. The staff were friendly. We arrived a couple of hours before the check in and were allowed to stay in the hotel lobby. I’ll definitely consider it as a place to stay for my next trip in Berlin.

The room was even better than what we expected from the pictures. Very large and spacious, the bed was super comfortable, the bathroom was also big and working very well. The AC was amazing - most nights we were freezing because we underestimated just how well it would work. But the real star of this hotel is the staff: everyone we came in contact with was extremely nice. We had a couple of issues with the room (very minor and common stuff), and the staff fixed it immediately. A perfect stay, really.

As mentioned, we had a couple of issues with the room: a light switch was not working when we came in, and the mini-fridge we had expected to see was not in the room. However, we got in touch with the staff both times and both issues were fixed instantly. Just perfect service.
