They charged us extra for very little-the cost was expensive. The apartment had no complimentary anything...with no shops anywhere nearby.

The location is wonderful and the house was very clean.

The pillows are so poor quality, there was no soap in any of the bathrooms, after thye arrival we found out that we need to strip the beds, do the garbage, unload the dishwasher, etc, otherwise a tax of 10eur applied per operation.

Quiet location with good public transport to the city. Check-in and check-out was digitally managed and went very smooth. Received the information on arrival date. The kitchen was well-equipped. Supermarkt is close to the property.

There was some echo from the hall downstairs to upstairs. Also from living room to upstairs. Next to the stairs there was a big window without any coverings. Since we we're with pets we kept the door to the bedroom open and there was light from the outside.

the house design was great modern but comfortable. the location is very nice near the lake and forest. there is an entertainment and restaurant area next to the property.

extra charges for bed linens and towels. charged for use of water and electric. on our last day, the power in the house went out at about midnight and couldn’t get it turned back on.

Location was a bit out of the city, but on a calm and quiet place.

Central Heating was not on, so we had to heat with the A/C. They charge you if you don’t take out the waste. Restaurant closed at 18:00 in the evening and there is no other in walking distance.

The lawn mowing robots were friendly. The gate opens if you enter the correct number on the correct keypad. No human staff to be found anywhere.

Rubezahl? => Sie Bezahlen! (German for YOU PAY!). Lakeview? =>Car-park view. BBQ? => BBQ forbidden or pay extra to have an electric grill cleaned. Airconditioning? unsleepable hot house when you enter that takes all night to cool down. Quiet? Loud banging party that keeps you from sleeping until 4AM. Paid for entire holiday home? Pay some more for one of the bedrooms. On business and only use the house for a couple of hours sleep and a quick shower in the morning? Get charged 500L of water and 20kWh electricity per day. Ask for an invoice at checkout? Forget about this, get one by email and find your credit card debited for some more invented 'services'.

Very nice house. Save and secure complex. Great surroundings in nature and close to the lake. Easy late checkin.
