Pros +
- Very clean, efficient, quiet, and pleasant atmosphere. Nice cafe, as well. Nice staff.
- We did NOT like the breakfast. Options were BERY limited.
- Everything worked fine and it was an overall pleasant, if shirt, stay.
Cons -
- I liked everything for the price.
- Limited options and the Asian lady who runs it is loud and rude. When we checked-in, the front desk informed us that breakfast was included so we decided to check it out the following morning. When we got there, we quickly realized that options were very limited. The Asian lady who runs it asked me what our room number was and I proceeded to walk around to see what I should start with. After a few minutes, she approached me and LOUDLY told me that we did not pay for the breakfast option and that we had to pay. I was surprised with this information but just said okay since we were already there and my wife had already drank a glass of juice. BUT if we knew that breakfast was not included, we would NOT have gone or eaten there since we find the cost was too high for what was being offered. About 10 minutes or so later, while my wife and I were eating, she approached our table and LOUDLY told us AGAIN that we did not pay for the breakfast option and that we had to pay. Reluctantly, I again said okay since we felt we were already “stuck” and had to pay for it. After eating, we were leaving and she stopped us and LOUDLY told us that we had to pay right there and then. We have been traveling for MANY years and hotels will normally just charge our room for any expenses we incurred and we would gladly pay for everything when we checked-out. But this RUDE and LOUD lady made us feel like we were going to “eat and run”! How can we run when she knows our room number and that we were staying there for several nights? Her tactlessness really irritated us.
- The corridors are long and of a much lower standard than the room(s) - the way to the room is not a pleasant as the room. Some builders noise between 16 and 18.00 which was inconvenient for me, but acceptable.

Good location, although if you need the train to the airport it isn't the most convenient. Easy to find. Very comfy pillows!
I know this is a budget motel but having NO water in the room makes you kind of suspicious.
This hotel is very conveniently located. Attached to Mall of Berlin, parking is a breeze, subway and bus stops are less than a block away, and key tourist attractions are within walking distance. The hotel bar is the perfect spot for a nightcap, and the mall food court makes grabbing a quick bite a breeze.
There was a faint, unpleasant odor coming from the bathroom area. Noticeable, but not enough to ruin our stay.
The hotel was very clean, quiet, and in a convenient location for the Berlin Marathon weekend. My room had a larger vertical window that let in good light, and housekeeping did an excellent job each day. The staff were also very friendly and accommodating, which I really appreciated.
The room and bathroom were quite small, and the bed and pillows were uncomfortable — I could feel the mattress, which made it difficult to sleep. The bathroom, while looking clean, had an odd smell that didn’t feel pleasant. For the price (even considering marathon weekend rates), I didn’t feel the accommodations were worth the cost. I wouldn’t choose to stay here again.
I like its location - very central and close to key historical sites in Berlin. As it is located above the Mall of Berlin, we have a lot of choices for food and shopping. I also likes the bed and smart tv. We were able to cast our laptop and watch Netflix from there.
The size of the room could be bigger
Very clean and cozy rooms. Friendly staff. The location is great.
Nothing, besides that the shower didnt completely close and the floor got wet easily
The room was very nice and the bed comfortable. The breakfast was very good. The Location is excellent as it is next to the mall of Berlin and a walking distance to many attractions like the wall of Berlin, Bundestag
Good beds, clean, covered parking available, nice staff.
No remarks
Great location. Nice hotel. Pleasant staff
The location was amazing. Close to a lot of attractions
Not easy to find. Lobby could have been better
Location is perfect and very clean
The room is too small , No mini bar , no place to put my clothes , no telephone to connect with reception or any service.
Great hotel in a brilliant location - quiet and we were able to walk to all points of interest. Ate breakfast nearby. The bar area was wonderful - fantastic cocktails at the end of the day.
Location
Too small for a couple No outside window , in mall overlooking H&M On bedside table/shelf No where for cabin bag
The location was excellent for public transport links and shopping. Not so excellent for pubs/bars and nightlife. You could walk easily to plenty of areas and attractions.
It was disappointing not to be able to make tea and coffee in the room - we assumed the tap water was safe to drink? On the final morning we were gifted a free hot drink. It was unclear if that was the norm or just a special treat. We also got locked out on the terrace - there didn’t seem to be clear signs warning you not to go out that way.
Room was 0n the same floor as the bar which was a bonus. We could access the garden from it. We were given our rooms together, there were 6 of us. The location was good for both walking and the train and there were plenty of museums and tourists sites nearby.Only criticism was that breakfast there was not enough space for 6 of us together as it was crowded. Also no toaster.
No complaints.
Great breakfast selection. Location was excellent. Room perfectly clean and functional.
Would have been nice to have a kettle in the room and more English speaking tv channels - or subtitles at the very least
Really a great location, even if a bit `dangerous` travelling with a teenager (shopping shopping shopping). Foot distance from the real centrer. Really convenient
The room was pretty small, but still ok. Hotel in general and room really clean.A bit disappointing the breakfast both the offer and the organization.
Central location with good connection to public transport, comfy beds, friendly staff
Not much, We got a room away from elevators as requested but next to a storage room causing some noise in the morning.
