We liked everything!

A beautiful, modern hotel with little complications, nice sized rooms, great bed and shower, great views, particularly from the gorgeous 10th floor lounge, the highlight of the hptel. Relaxing, beautifulltly designed and decorated, good drinks.

Staff were hit-and-miss. Sometimes polite, others clearly overwhelmed. The food at the lounge and the breakfast were very average

Location and interiors are very cool. I’ve loved the room as well, there is everything you can need, including safety box.

First of all — the location of this hotel is absolutely perfect. You step right out into the Christmas Market, which is incredibly convenient and atmospheric. The hotel itself is cozy, and the reception staff work very well. The view from our room was amazing — we stayed on the 15th floor and had a stunning panorama of the city, even spotting the elephants in the zoo.

However, we were disappointed with the size and layout of the room. There was simply no space to place our suitcases, no wardrobe, just a few hangers along the wall. The room felt quite limited for a comfortable stay. Breakfast was also unusual for Germany — much less variety than expected in a country where breakfasts are normally abundant and generous.Because of the fantastic location, we would definitely consider staying here again, but next time we would choose a significantly larger room and likely have breakfast in the city instead.

Lack of kettle to preapare some tea or coffee in the room.Hair on the bed and in the bathroom. Could be cleaner in general.

This is your place, if you look for a bed, centrally located. The hotel has everything you need, if your trip is focussed on sight-seeing. Its not a place to hang out at. Rooms are very small, no waredrobe, the breakfast is pretty poor. So, wake up, quick bite to eat, enjoy Berlin, go to bed late at night. If thats what you expect, the hotel is perfect.

The location was great, very close to the train station. Great shower.The rooftop bar was nice with a great view over the city.

The room was a bit small, but sufficient. It would have been nice to have a kettle in the room.

I didn't like when the cleaning stuff knocked my door at nine for cleaning yet l had hanged the "Do not disturb " tag on the ouside at 10.30 they knocked again before 12 again! worsely they dont speak english we couldint understand each other and we dont have access to the receptionist telephonically to complain.

Great location

Breakfast was not wort the money. For 18e there needs to be more options than bread and yogurt. The room had a weird smell (mold or something) and felt really sick in the room. The sick feeling went away when we were outside or had the window open for a long time.

The hotel and its location are amazing. The staff was so cheerful and helpful. At the reception Mr. Onur welcomed us and he was such a great person. Our room was always clean and tidy by the cleaning staff. The cleaning lady on 16th floor was always smiling and say "hello" to us. Also, the bar on the 10th floor is really fancy and has reasonable prices for cocktails. The terrace must be great on summer time.

The only thing that I don't like, which is not a big issue, is narrow wardrobe for 2 people. There is no mini bar but you can use the mini window as a cooler for the stuff. Also, it is really hard to find a place on Friday and Saturday nights at the bar. Maybe, they should have limitation to have guests for the bar.

The room was well decorated, views were spectacular (I was on 16th floor) and every facilities were well maintained and tidy. Though the room was small, its well kept and maintained. The best thing I liked is that they have used every bit of space to incorporate facilities like lockers, coat racks etc. Also, they had a Christmas market just in front of the property, so loved it.

The size of the room could be a little more but I understand its a business district with a lot of price per sqft. Also, the check-in was not fast as there was a lot of people checking in and not enough staff, but they were very accommodating.

The hotel was in a very good location. We had a room with the great view there was a very nice bar in the top floor, a great breakfast with Bio products that we really liked.

We stay for six nights seven days including breakfast and we ask for a late checkout only for two hours late and they sharp reject us, that disappointed us.

Paid for a King size room got a basic room. Room was changed when we went to register at the desk.I asked if my room was a basic or a king size room. I was told by a young lady it was a king sized bed. Gas lighting at it's worst.I asked the person in the room next to mine if they had a king size room or a basic room. What a surprise stated it was a basic room showed me their room same as mine.Went to the desk to advise safe wasn't working and would it be possible to get someone to check on it in the morning. Was advised there was no one available to look at at now. I am 64 years old and have never been spoken to in such a condescending manner before.Found the desk staff very rude.Constant queues at the desk with only 2 people manning the desk.

I broke a bottle of water in our room and the staff were so kind and got us a new room.

basic standard expected quality in every motel one

terrible coffee quality. Even if travelling for business, motel one could have invested in little treats like sauna, pool, gym or at least provide partnerships with local businesses.

I liked the location and comfortable room and bed. I was impressed by the view from the restaurant, since the hotel is directly next to the Gedächtnis Kirche.

Actually I don't have anything to complain about. But if I were to be harsh, breakfast was good and fresh, but not too much variety. There was no real wardrobe to hang up clothes.
