Clean, well maintained, great shower, lovely staff, great breakfast.

The bed and pillow were too soft for my liking.

The staff were brilliant, very polite and friendly, happy to help for anything! The breakfast was fresh, delicious and had a great variety.Little touches (toothbrushes - great as we forgot ours, a little customised thank you note and tasty snack)

Bathroom needed a little more clean but overall not bad

The staff was friendly, especially Izabella. It was clean and good view

There was a smell from the toilet, seems like it came from the vents or drain not sure

The staff was super friendly and helpful. Special thank you to the receptionist who printed our concert tickets on Friday evening (14/11/2025)! The room was fantastic, too!

Fort the price would expect better cleaning, like no hair on the floor, or no stains in the bathroom and so on. For better price i had higher cleaning standard in hotel 2 streets next to

Very clean, super friendly staff and a very comfortable room. Super close to public transport A bit of a busier location and being close to a major S Bahn station, but good soundproofing so wasn’t an issue

Clean, tidy and spacious

Would like english breakfast tea to be available in the rooms and at breakfast.

Great hotel in an excellent location, close to a main train station which can get you around the whole city. Room was clean and spacious with a comfortable bed. Bathroom was good with a nice shower.

Our sink was broken and the plug drain wouldn't pop up so the sink would fill with water. When we told reception they came and just drained the water but didn't fix the sink so we still couldn't use it and had to use the shower to wash hands, brush teeth ect. Not a huge problem for us cause we were only there for a few days but would have been annoying if we were there longer.

The stuff were very kind, the Hotel is very clean and located exactly near the Metro station U8.Recommended!

Loved this hotel - very scandi design interiors with wood in the dining area and the bedroom suite. Izabella looked after us in reception - giving us great recommendations on places to hang out and dine. The location was very accessible with the train/u-bahn station a stroll away - easy access to both airport station and getting into the city centre (used the BVG app). A great selection for breakfast too.

Bar closed early - we went to Moby next door on Monday night.

The hotel is quiet and the staff are amazing.

We had some issues with the room and when they couldn't fix them right away, they quickly moved us to a new room and gave us some perks.

Location and the area has shops, bars, grocery stores and am amazing park.

Slow elevator. Check it at 3pm is too long.

The hotel's location was good in terms of transportation options. (Except for the neighborhood)Breakfast quality was good. (Especially gluten-free desserts and cheeses)The staff were nice and helpful.

Unreasonable deposit fee.Room cleaning and arrangement should be more careful. (The soaps that ran out were not replaced for days)The room was generally quiet, but the sounds of other rooms' doors can be heard excessively.

We loved the breakfast which was fresh and delicious. The room was spacious, modern and comfortable, and the hotel is close to excellent public transport links.

The area in general is a little scruffy and also a bit removed from most sightseeing options. However the great transport links made it easy to go anywhere, once you master the BVG transport system!

When we arrived to check in, we had to wait nearly 40 minutes due to a lack of synchronization between the hotel and the booking site’s systems. Later that night, we discovered we couldn’t connect to the hotel’s Wi-Fi because the check-in had not been properly completed.During our stay, we returned to the front desk to request basic items for the room, such as towels for all guests (only two were provided even though there were four of us), and coffee capsules. Each time, it took a long time to get a response.The air conditioning units were not working, and the room was very hot. We asked for a fan or an alternative solution but received no response.It is also important to note that we reached out to the hotel after our stay, and as of now, we have still not received any reply.
