very good location, close to the U line, supermarkets and restaurants.Very clean

No coffee in the room, there is a paid (1-1,5 Euro) coffee machine in the lobby.the person who was at the reception when I came , in the evening, was not very friendly and motivated, while her only task was to check my reservation and give me the card for the room. A much better experience I had in the morning, when a smiling lady took my card back.

I looked location, shower, feel of strange and quirky place

Old rugs, old squeeshy beds, no A/C, complicated entrance, ( hotel is on the 5th level of a residential building, too pricey for what it is.

Nice, big, clean room. Very good location, less then a minute to U-bahn station.

Pillows should be better.

Great, spacious, warm and comfortable room. Great views of the streets and buildings as per what I asked. Close to Sophie-Charlotte-Platz station for quick access to the centre. Shops close by for quick food and little fridge in room. Great value for money.

Quite unpleasant

The room was noisy, the bed quite uncomfortable and the reception non existent. I wanted to check out early in the morning and nobody was at the reception. The hotel advertises that parking is included, but it is not true, I had to part at the street an look for parking place for about one hour. I will never come back to this hotel and I will never ever recommend this ugly hotel.

The room was pretty nice and big, like 2 minute walk from the train station that pretty much lead to every location I wanted to go in my trip.

The walls are super thin and the room service cleans from around like 07:00? - At least I'm thinking it's them or other guests, either way you can hear them very clearly walking up and down the hallways.Unless you're a heavy sleeper, you're probably going to be woken up by them.

24/7, clean room and bathroom, location

Everything !! It was incredibly clean and the room was very spacious. The beds were comfortable. We also had chairs in the room. The property was very secure. The downstairs door to the street was locked at all times. It was an excellent location.

We weren’t bothered but it is on a road and the traffic might bother some people but we didn’t notice it unless we had the window open.

Clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Good location in Berlin and very near a U-Bahn station. Excellent value for the price. Would definitely stay here again.

The room was clean. Close to the train station. They accept a dog for fee of 10€. Parking during weekend after 6pm and Sunday is free outside the hotel.

Customer service could be better. I missed a kettle in the roo for some hot water.

Clean, central, not money-intensive.-------Interesting stopover in city centre, established in the upper floors of a former bourgeoisie apartment block. Available pictures show rooms correctly & honestly, different shops for necessary amenities nearby, interesting restaurant offerings, from hotel location only 15 min to Zoo, 30 min to Alexanderplatz with U-Bahn. Recommended, gladly again.
