First of all incredible location! You are at the same building with an entrance to U-Bahn One of the popular Line! Amazing , wonderful room with everything you need ; kitchenette with all utensils and appliances, we had also washing machine! Another Legendary thing was cosmetics at bathroom all were of a High quality known Brand which my Wife was already crazy about using them, she was happily surprised to see. Maybe the MOST satisfying was that The Room was Super Clean! Everything was so clean and looked like brand new! Beds are so comfortable we are parents and one kid , extra sofa bed was also comfortable . And One More Süper Feature of the room ; we had a great balcony with a table to take coffe and fresh air.It’s January we stayed , cold and ice outside BUT our room temperature was perfect ! Smart Tv , WiFi everything you need and EVEN MORE are provided. Cleaning Staff are very kind nice and smiley, also same for reception helpful and kind to easy checkin checkout . Our Berlin Trip was excellent Thank you very much

Spotless comfortable apartments in convenient location. Check in easy, staff helpful and friendly. Public transportation steps away. A wonderful facility!

The hotel is in a great location to explore the many touristy sites. The room was spacious with a nice kitchenette, dishwasher as well as washer. Very clean. Helpful staff. Metro just next door.

No AC but I knew it when reserving. Also, the hotel says it has parking. This is the reason I picked the place but I think it's a bit misleading. It does not have its own parking space but they recommend parking places nearby. Initially, I was not happy about it but in the end, it worked out great for us bc we were able to find free parking just one street over.

The room was clean, bright and we had all comforts we needed. The location is brilliant, we could walk everywhere and had an excellent time. We felt very comfortable during our stay.

The bed was o.k. but the mattress was quite soft. A minor point, our stay was short so we could tolerate this. And another back would probably have liked the mattress as it is.

Exceptional hotel and service level, values client comfort and wellbeing. Big, modern, clean apartment, kitchen. Perfect place - close to sightseeing spots but far enought to find street parking (paid). Would recommend others and would stay there again myself.

Amzing location. Very comfortable and cozy appartment to stay with family. All facility inside the appartment was usefull and made our stay nice and comfy. Environment was nice and quite. Recommended for families. Having a U-bahn station below the hotel was an amazing comfort for kid specially

Cleaning services were really bad. House keeping was not doing their job as expected. Despite I shared tips with them, it was clear that they were doing this job by force. I was very unhappy with them.

Our suite had a balcony and a well-equipped kitchen where we could prepare our coffee and breakfast every day, allowing us to start the day with energy and visit as many interesting places in Berlin as possible. The bathroom was a good size and quite comfortable. And the service was excellent; thank you very much for your work!

There's a small space between the TV stand and the bed. You have to be careful not to be clumsy and trip over the TV stand.

Super clean room equipped with everything we needed. The location of the hotel is a huge plus, as the U2 underground line is just under the building.

Apartment was very clean, with washing machine, dishwasher, well equipped kitchen. Everything you need for a short stay. Next to the u-banh. Walking distance to sites of interest. Lots of restaurants close by. Our room was upgraded. We had a very comfortable stay. Receptionists very friendly and helpful.

It is on a busy arterial but the acoustics are good (sealed windows). Loved the location right next to a train stop and easily walkable to Potsdamer Platz. Maid service every day. 24-hr desk. Lovely room, in minimalist fashion.

Cozier lighting in living room. Otherwise, all good!

A little expensive for what you get.

The room was very clean and comfortable. We especially loved the washing machine/dryer combo as we were able to do laundry after almost two weeks on the road. The location was close enough to everything, yet away from the noise.

Great location. The apartment was very comfortable AND bonus - it had a washer and dryer all in one machine. Was great for me since I came from another leg of the trip and had to do laundry.

Restaurant delivery was not as fast

The staff was extremely inhospitable and racist.Check in was a nightmare as the receptionist spoke very little English or German

The location was literally next to a subway station. The room was spacious and the staff was well trained, courteous and helpful. It was about a 5-7 minute walk from a supermarket and an easy subway ride to many touristic venues. It was also quiet.
