My room was very clean and comfortable. It had everything I needed for my work trip and was very close to nearby restaurants and parks. I attended a conference at the MOA Berlin Mercure Hotel and it was very easy to walk from the Apple City Hotel to my conference hotel.

Close to city centre and underground station.. Good connection to whatever you want to visit.. Staff was very helpful and friendly, no comments about it..
It was a bit cold in the room( extra blankets to be there just in case could mean lots for people who are sensitive to cold) and bathroom cleaning must be given a bit more attention.. But the rest was very good, bed sheets very clean, quiet..

I mentioned it to the receptionist too. I was watching a drama and hearing another drama realtime

Wifi had issues and elevator was broken, but for a short business trip, it was alright.
Excellent transport links and plenty shopping. Cheap fast food and supermarkets.

The room was clean and comfortable and the location near the tram stop, grocery store and park was great.
The hotel is four stories plus the reception level but has no working lift. Breakfast was advertised as included but on arrival was advised that breakfast was no longer being served and there were minimal tea/coffee facilities I e. a small hot flask of coffee, but no milk provided.

The TV and mini fridge in the room came in handy. The staff was very nice and helpful and the location was optimal on a peaceful side street in a nice region. The hotel and room were also clean and well presented and checking in and out was easy. The wifi worked well.
The room is pretty small. Manageable for one person, but maybe too tight for two. The walls were pretty thin and it was easy to hear what was going on in the corridor or neighbouring rooms at times. To my understanding there was no breakfast, just some coffee? Which is a shame.
The staff where very welcoming
Smelly corridors.The corridor on the ground and first floors had an awful smell of dirty very smelly feet - that was so I will never stay at this hotel again.The television in my room had a broken screen and this was replaced, after a couple of hours of checking in.
