There was no shop nearby No restaurant at site No hot water or access the any shopping facilities Far away from ciity centre

Truth be told there wasnt anything i liked about it!!

Small dirty rooms, expensive and small choices of drinks in the downstairs, no fridge, charged 120 extra for second guest construcion and loud music in the night, i could go on and on but you gave me 255 characters.

This is the fourth year in a row that we have stayed at this hotel. The accommodations are basic but comfortable and economical. The family rooms are very spacious, location is good, breakfast is good and this year we had free wifi in the room.

Overall was okay, clean and warm.

The shower faucet handle was mounted very low, probably to save water and prevent it from running all the time... Interestingly, an old mounting bracket at a good height was visible on the wall.

Not a lot to look at on the outside but the inside was very clean and tasteful.

Our shower’s pressure was so high, when we switched from the tap the the shower, the shower head moved 90° to the left and soaked the whole bathroom, happened to two of the 5 of us

Staff was good

Keys stopped again and again. Smell of weed in corridors. Bed was uncomfortable . Floor boards needs fixing .

Easy late check-in. Used this hotel already many times.

Car parking increased in a few weeks from 5 EUR to 8 EUR. Free water would be nice. The hotel was as usual overheated.

A very rude receptionist on the day of arrival. She was extremely dismissive and unhelpfulNo tea/coffee facilities in the room

- Rooms are quite OK equipped with realatively comfortable beds. - Nice that this hotel offer family apartment with 2 bedrooms suitable for 5 members family and we could stay together and did not have to take separate rooms.- Personel was very helpfull.

- Even if rooms are quite OK bathroom require refurbishment- Hotel is not in the city center (25 min by tram to get there) but the good thing is you do not need at least any eco sticker for your car in this zone.- Building looks like old blockhouse but is not that bad when you come inside

No AC, the water bottle on room is not free ...

Most of the staff were helpful and were nice to interact with.

There were a few things I wish were different. First. I was hoping to get one bigger bed instead of two that were pushed together. Also, the soap in the bathroom was half empty when I got there, and it was not refilled once during my 15-night stay. At one point, there was a small leak from the toilet when you flushed. Luckily, it lasted only one day. The breakfast is quite expensive for what it is. You're better off buying from another place. The shower head was attached at my waist height, even though in the pictured it was seen as adjustable. Had to hold it to my head or kneel down to take a shower. There was also no air-conditioning. Luckily, I stayed during the winter, but I can't imagine how uncomfortable it can be during a heat wave. I also wish the room had come with a kettle. Maybe these things are normal in Europe? But as a guest, I found it quite disappointing. I would not book again at this hotel.

The breakfast was great! Location fine, we chose this because we didn't want to stay in the busy centre of Berlin. We did not hear other guests, so that was great!

We did not like the cleaning. Under the beds nobody cleaned for a while, it was not cleaned before we got there. There was a bottle cap that wasn't ours. And they did not clean it either when we were there. The room was much too hot, I think 24 C, in January! We complained at the reception. It was dificult to turn off the heater. When we did, it still was too hot. We opened the windos every time we were out. It was hard sleeping in such a hot room.
