I've choosed a 5 stars hotel. In the check in, I have been told very frankly, the hotel has no rating! It looks to me very strange that you present it as a 5 stars while it is definitely not!

The rooms seem quite tired and the overall the hotel is outdated.

the hotel is located in a very good place. close to a lot of good food, stores, the zoo and more attractions.the spa and the gym are also a great advantagethe staff was kind and was vlad to help

although the tv was a smart one and pretty new not me nor the staff couldnt manage anything with it. we tried broadcasting from our phones (both iphone and galaxy) with no success, we also saw that there is an option for going into websites on the tv but it seemed it wasnt connected to any webin another subject, the towels werent changed for a few days untill we asked which is far worse than was mantioned before we came to the hotel.finally, starting the 17th of fabruary there wasnt hot water from 9 am to 5:30 pm, which was surprising and didnt got well to me and to my partner.

The rooms were clean

The hotel was going through a renovation which I was not told. There was construction noise and fresh paint odor coming all the way inside the room. Wifi was getting cut constantly which prevented us from working and communicating. Mıst of the facilities including some of the advertized facilities as well as the hotel restaurants were closed due to renovation. Booking.com did not warn about this when I made the reservation. The staff were not helpful when we complained. We felt trapped into a very bad deal. The entire experience was extremely distressful and shocking. Disgraceful!

Great location

Had some issues at the beginning, but the F/O Manager solved it professionally, hence the good review.It’s going to be hard living up to the expectations of their own legacy.

The room, recently refurbished I think, was spacious, modern and well equipped. Very clean. The bed was comfortable. It was decorated with taste. I liked the breakfast (could have been warmer but it was good) The staff was very friendly and helpful

The hotel charged 35 euros for my small dog. I understand animals come with a fee and I am happy to pay for my dog to accompany me. I think in an hotel such as this one, it would have been nice to have some extra care for pets like a water bowl since we have to pay. Just an idea. The staff was very nice to us and my dog was very happy

The hotel is located in a good area and is clean.

Every morning, the cleaning staff in the hall talk very loudly. The hotel only provides one bottle of water on the first day and I have to spend time buying water every day They don't give you any toiletries and the paper towels are of very poor quality.

Great breakfast, fantastic location, staff always there to help.

The room was a bit small to arrange for two main luggage, if there were better use of space to place that type of luggage this would have been nice.

Excellent room size and amenities, clean, beautifully furnished, excellent condition. Very good breakfast, exceptional staff, friendly, helpful, fast.

Friendly staff, good location and nice room

The room was nice and tidy. Very clean. The staff was helpful

U can see clearly that the hotel has been renovated partially recently. So in general, it looks good, but I noticed all the old things that were not nice, especially for the 5-star hotel, I think, like old doors everywhere. The internal facade is super old. The spa, wellness area, is very far from how it looks in the photos. Tbh, the spa disappointed me very much - it's approximately 15 years old, not less. Cause in the first place, I chose Bristol because they have a spa. And there is another hotel right at the corner that has the same price range, but is modern and beautiful. I really regretted choosing this one. Also, the rooms didn't have a kettle to make tea and any bath essentials, which I expected a 5-star hotel should have...

The swimming pool was not that warm and the rooms were a bit dusty
