The rooms were very cute and the breakfasts were divine. Lots of choice among good quality foods. Also, the staff were very obliging. Kudos to them. PS beds are German style: no top sheet, you sleep under a single size duvet on top of the bottom sheet.

Cons -

The hotel listed AC, but I forgot that it's in Germany, where AC means the windows open. If you want to be sure you have AC like we think of it, go for one of the big name American 5-star hotel lines. (This goes for most of Europe.)
