This 4-star Hotel has a quiet riverside location in the heart of Berlin, just 2 underground stops from Alexanderplatz. It features an oriental restaurant with terrace, a spa, a 24-hour gym and free WiFi in the entire hotel. Living Hotel Großer Kurfürst spacious rooms and apartments feature modern art, floor-to-ceiling windows and extra-long beds. Guests can relax in the sauna or steam room, before cooling off in the plunge pool. Guests enjoy some mini-bar drinks. Märkisches Museum Underground Station is 164 feet away, and is on Berlin’s central U2 line. Museum Island and the Gendarmenmarkt Square are a 10-minute walk away.

Pros +
- Great hotel. Comfortable stay and very helpful staff. And yes, there's free coffee on all days.
- Room with river view. Free bar ( 2 bottle of water restocked daily).
Cons -
- No AC, old hotel, smell humidity, hot room, door between our room and the neoghbouring room was open and we were shocked to see the next room opening the door. Rushed to reception who came up and Locked it, he said it is an emergency exit ?!
- Air conditioning would have been nice.
