Great location, bit further from the centre but close to several clubs. Early check-in possible for extra fee, great when arriving early by night train.

I liked the central location of being located within the train station for transportation access. Additionally, all of the minor stores nearby were a great ease for having multiple items that I might have forgotten accessible without having to go far at all.The lobby was easy to access as well as the services and house keeping was very organized in getting additional items that I had requested for the room.Parking was separate with one level above ground and another underground, the underground level was useful to protect my vehicle from the snow and elements.

The breakfast I found lackluster honestly, for 13-19 Euros, I did not think it was worth it to have it included with everything accessible to you within walking distance as well as several restaurants outside the Uber arena.The underground parking at Ostbahnhof was in dissarry due to constantly having drunk people around the area and the smell lf urin filled the air a bit, it was unsettling. At any giving point, I counted a dozen homeless surrounding the area with droves of bottles surrounding them, I found that a bit annoying.

The room was a bit narrow.

The bed was set up for one person only (only one pillow provided), despite being booked for 2. I called the reception and they eventually brought an extra blanket, pillow and towel.

Room wasn't ready. No way to charge your phone conveniently by USB or wireless.

I asked about the queen single room and the standard single room as my reservation was queen single room but i really didn't get an explanation

Overall the accommodation is pretty decent.The location is probably the most convenient one I have ever stayed in Berlin. The Hotel is literally next to Ostbahnhof. Very friendly staff too!I can say that the price was quite reasonable for a double room in Berlin; however, I must say that I booked an offer.

The room looked a bit old and somehow neglected (e.g the curtains look like they need to be washed or even replaced and the carpet is not at its best shape). The biggest disadvantage was the extremely poor Wi-fi performance. WiFi was just not there (my laptop could not connect at all and my smartphone was suffering from continuous disconnections).

The room was perfect temperature, the bed was very comfortable, everything was perfectly clean and in good condition. There was no noise from other guests' rooms and even though my window faced the main road there was good soundproofing and the curtains made a perfect blackout for sleeping. The location in the Ostbahnhof was excellent, with trains not only into the centre of Berlin but also to other parts of Germany and beyond. I was attending concerts at the Uber Arena which was just a 10-15 minute walk away in safe, well-lit streets. Coming back from the venue there were several places open at the station, so no problem getting food. Speaking of food, breakfast was great with a lovely variety (especially generous bread selection). All staff I encountered were friendly, and I will definitely be back.

Everything was great actually, I have no complaints.

Location was fantastic, hop on/off buses stop outside, breakfast was very good with a nice mix of continental and also bacon, eggs, beans. Room size and bathroom very good.

No tea and coffee facilities in the room, the internet was very sketchy and lots of buffering, cable channels all in German apart from a few news channels.

Great location, walking distance to the uber arena and the east side gallery. Other areas of the city and tourist attractions are a short train ride away, and the hotel staff give you a travel card that covers public transport. Breakfast is cheaper if you decide in advance, the selection wasn't that big but the food they did have was good.

Quite a lot of nice features in the room, clean, comfortable beds, great breakfast and cordial staff.

- The price was quite high for a room that was small and standard.- View from the window was a narrow internal courtyard, not much light and no plants.- The interiors look quite dated, probably mid90s, carpets need to be replaced as they are a bit worn out in the corridors and some points in the rooms.- For some reason they require you to leave the breakfast room as soon as the buffet closes, which is quite annoying if you just did the last round and you are required to eat in a rush or take away in a box.

Location fantastic, very clean and comfortable, great value for money

Staff were really kind and helpful. Rooms are basic and impersonal but comfortable. Location was just what I needed and very well connected. Free transport ticket was rather useful. The station supermarket open until midnight was well stocked and very convenient. The square/park behind the station with all the street food and trucks was a great surprise with many nice options.

The area is sort of sketchy at night but being a big train station that was expected and luckily I had no problems. Housekeeping system (on demand) wasn't well coordinated and it took me three attempts to get my room cleaned. Having a fridge was nice but it was barely working. Free Wi-Fi was spotty at best

Easy to find, easy to reach and quite comfortable. Location makes it perfect in a busy city like Berlin, which I'm still having some headaches. Perfect for a person who have no idea about locations

Not a lot on the unliking side actually. Check out time was a little bit early (10 AM but understandable)
