Very roomy...nice view...fun decor

No full-length mirror. Bathroom lighting dim and nearly impossible to apply makeup with bathroom mirror. No in-room coffee but there was a kettle, a very loud kettle. Bought coffee at a grocery store down the street. Needed a luggage rack.

Wonderfull staff, beautifull rooms and delicious breakfast in the perfect location.

Quirky room,great pressure in shower. fab breakfast in the morning.A little further out of centre Berlin than expected but very accessible via train.Staff very helpful with directions / information etc

It was a whole concept kind of build, the restaurant, the cafe, and bar were all in sync. It was great.

The hotel is absolutely a diamond! The stuff was very kind and friendly. The room was very good,even though i was afraid that it would be small it was perfect for a couple! The temperature in the room was very good and the most important it was very very clean! They cleaned the room every day! The location was good and the neighbourhood was filled with a lot of choices for shopping, eating and coffee! Congratulations! The coffee store inside the hotel has amazing coffee and bites and Sarah is gorgeous!☺️

The only negative i have to emphasise to,is that the rooms are not soundproof..in the room next to ours there were some kids that they were laughing and make a lot of noise after midnight…probably not the hotels problem..but i have to say it!

Room was nice and spacious. Comfortable bed and location very good.

Breakfast was really tasty and good portions, however not a relaxed experience in that hotel customers have to battle for tables, especially at weekends, with the public who also use the restaurant. Rang down a few times to try and reserve a breakfast table, as instructed, but often told it was a 45 min wait or to go down right away so can impact other plans you have for the day. Only one mirror in the room which was above the bathroom sink, could have done with another full length.

Style was very cozy but I think I didn’t get the best room

Benedict staff was very rude, as a hotel guest I had to wait all the time and the last day when I wanted to grab my luggage the man called Adam shouted at me because i grabbed my luggage because I had to run and and there was no one to help and the door was open. And I just took my luggage you can even check from cameras I think his way to say things was really rude instead of helping

The welcome staff was very nice. The facilities were clean, coY, and chic. I was able to bring my fur baby, which was grand.

My checkout experience was the exact opposite. I requested an extended check out and the front desk staff was so rude and dismissive. He suggested they need to be informed ahead of time, before check out day, which is not common. I felt so judged and disgraced after I spent hard earned money to spend Valentines Day and my anniversary with Max Brown. Really disappointed.

I chose to buy the breakfast from adjoining restaurant (same building). Highly recommended and a good healthy choice too.

The room’s design is very beautiful and there’s even a fan inside ! It is really a plus for the summer! The location is good which you can easily take the bus near the hotel to go to the center.

Central, clean and friendly

Lovely decor, friendly staff, good location, good value for money.

Some areas of the room were abit dusty eg under the bed and on the top of panelling on the walls. But otherwise no issues!

The hotel looked amazing, it was modern funky and a bit urban chic. The reception was welcoming as a solo traveler and efficient. All the staff were really friendly. My room was gorgeous and the bed was so comfy. The hoop and soft basketball was a bit of fun too. Shower pressure was the best I’ve ever had. Coffee bar was gorgeous and the pastries, literally out of this world.

I was searching the room for the general hotel info etc like a welcome pack with all the WiFi info etc I only found it when I asked at reception for the WiFi code and the info is there when you sign in. Would have been nice to just have a welcome card to tell you that. Would have been nice to have one English Chanel on the tv as English is so widely spoken but it made me “not watch tv” so maybe was a good thing
