Friendly and helpful staff. Location was ideal

Location. Next to train station

Was given a room on a corridor where carpet was marked outside. And bathroom. Wallpaper had been peeled. Pillows were very soft

The junior suite was comfortable.The price covered daily refresh of the mini bar. The heating floor in the bathroom was a nice surprise. The hotel is 2’ walking distance from the central station.

I would welcome a better bedding quality in the suite.

After the horror-show of the previous hotel, this one made a good correction with the right things. Room was pleasant. Good lighting. Good furniture. Office Workspace. Window can open (small) for some fresh air. Breakfast was very good with selection of fresh fruits. Staff were good. And MOST important is: Checkout at 12 and not before.

I didn't like the hotel I was before this one.

The hotel is well located near the central station within approximately a 20 minute walk from the Reichstag Building and the Brandenburg Gate. If you are travelling around Germany by train it’s one of the best places to stay in Berlin. I booked a room with a city view and a landmark view. The room was on the seventh floor and had panoramic windows so I was able to see the square located in front of the Central Station building and the Cube Building that looked very beautiful. The top part of the Reichstag Building was visible in the distance. I got to see the New Year’s fireworks clearly and it was truly astonishing. Breakfast offered a good variety of food and the dining room had enough space so I didn’t need to wait in line. The stuff were friendly and polite. I didn’t use the spa, but it was also available.

Nothing to mention

Location is good being close to the main train station. Rooms are nice, comfortable and well appointed. Breakfasts are excellent. The hotel has good decor and a nice ambience.

There is no restaurant for dinner (maybe it was because it was winter?) - food is served in the bar area, the food is good but the menu is limited. Our room had to be changed as it was set up for a couple with a baby - the hotel missed our request for a twin room with no baby! Extra bottles of water in the room would have been appreciated.

I checked out on December 30th. It is January 21st. I have not received the refund of EUR 50 deposit. Some random people from reception desk answer my messages and try to convince me that I have, whereas it is clear for anyone who pays minimal attention that they have charged me at once with agreed fee PLUS deposit, and never returned the deposit. They say it is my problem and suggest contacting my bank, which - of course - sees no amount waiting to be refunded. After 3 weeks I am done with it, I have already reported the case. It was my second stay - the first one in 2024 was great, but I am truly disgusted with after-sales service this year.

Excellent location next to the main train station, so easy to get to (by train). Nice breakfast, good room. Spacious bathroom.

Great location, very close to the main station which made travelling around easy, Comfy beds, room was clean.

Nothing to complain about

Being right by the main train station was SO nice. The hotel was modern and super clean. And quiet-- even though outside is hopping! There are many eating choices too. Many things, including the Natural History Museum, are within walking distance. We brought our pug and there are grassy areas right out front.

Breakfast was very expensive, so we ate elsewhere.
