Great location, wonderful room, good price.

Heating/air was harder to control. Room was quite warm.

Great relatively central location close to subway and walking distance to major landmarks. Quiet and very clean. Wonderful breakfast!

Using the hair dryer while the air conditioning was on tripped a fuse. Only one elevator reaches the top floor; a minor inconvenience but would still highly rexommend

Room was spacious, well designed and felt great value for money. Location was very good. A quick uber or underground ride and I was where I wanted to be. Breakfast was as good as any hotel breakfast I've ever had. Really great!

Very modern hotel and lovely staff who all spoke very good English. Super helpful and friendly staff who were eager to help. Beautiful artwork throughout the property and very close to all needed amenities!

There was a dried contact lens stuck to the wall next to the sink in the bathroom, hairs on the bed and bathroom floor and a stained pillow on the bed. Didn’t hinder the experience of our stay, I would just ask that all rooms be checked far more thoroughly before a new guest stays.

Breakfast was very good. Enjoyed the Gym and Sauna. Hotel was in a great location close to the U2 U Bahn

Room cleaned more often

The hotel was in a perfect location to visit all of the attractions and sights you might like to see whilst in Berlin. The underground system has a station right outside to getting around was perfect. The rooms are small but very comfortable. The breakfast was lovely and bar area very nice.

Only concerns the view from the room was at the back of the hotel right into apartments. Also the bathroom whilst functional is a pod system which is placed into the room, like in Japan and was very noisy when using, but wouldn’t stop us from staying again.

No restaurant. One elevator was broken, the other only sometimes worked. No coffee machine in the room, just a kettle.

Power outlets were in awkward position and not near the bed , otherwise and excellent room

Very good location, there are coffee shops and food spots close, close to the metro and Alexanderplatz is a 10 minute walk away! Staff was very helpful, they gave us our room before the check in time and they could accommodate us a late check out aswell, since our flight was late in the evening. Beds were extremely comfortable. Would stay here again!

Slightly outside central but close to public transport

The location was excellent and very convenient for getting around the city. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful, which made the stay pleasant.

Clean, comfortable and welcoming hotel. In a quiet, safe residential area, but only a short walk from the Cathedral, Museums and Alexanderplatz. Good choice of restaurants in the neighborhood.

Shower drain was clogged

Excellent reception staff. Pretty property in parts. Spotlessly clean. Beds comfortable. Nice bathroom.

Rooms could be slightly larger. I don't like the lack of standard streaming services on the TV or indeed the lack of international channels, despite them being listed. Even an HDMI input would suffice.

Breakfast was good and the hotel is excellently located. This was my second visit and will definitely be back again.

Extra blankets would have been helpful.

Breakfast was excellent!

There were no snacks offered by the hotel at all even though when we made the reservation was a must for us. We were informed that the kitchen is under renovation and they did not offer anything else except breakfast. We were not informed about it before! Traveling with kids that are always hungry this was a bit of a problem for us. We ordered delivery a couple of times with very long delays due to bad weather.

It would’ve nice to be informed in advance that there were no snacks or anything else to eat at the bar. However we ordered food and there was no problem to eat it there

The location of the hotel is perfect: just one minute from the metro and very close to the city center, which makes getting around extremely easy.The breakfast is very good, with everything you need to start the day well.But the real highlight of this hotel is definitely the staff. They are extremely helpful, very kind, and truly welcoming. I have stayed in many hotels, but this one really stood out thanks to the quality of the team and their service.Everything was great. I highly recommend this hotel.

Honestly, there was nothing to complain about.
