Seamless communication and check-in even though there is no reception. Rooms are spacious and clean. Location was excellent as you're connected to the shopping mall with plenty of bars/restaurants nearby.

For some reason the communication changed to Italian! No reason why!

Everything about our stay in Numa Berlin was amazing. Their customer support is super attentive. The apartment was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. The location was excellent, making it easy to get around and explore the city. We had a wonderful experience and would absolutely stay here again.

The entrance was very dirty on the ground level. My partner got scared at first because the hallway was dirty and there was a Bar named "prison". It does give a bad impression. My partner decided not to come for that reason.

The position, the facilities, the room and the co-working space were really good. Very comfortable mattresses, everything nice and clean.

The breakfast could have been a bit more varied, especially for what concerns the sweet side. A few sweet buns or pieces of cake from a Beckerei would have made the difference.

Complete failure. Had to book another hotel.

Could not check in to the hotel. They have zero people on site and only use a virtual checkin process, which failed for me. Had to book another hotel.

We have stayed at this hotel several times, and we keep returning because of its excellent location, spacious rooms, balconies, and the consistently warm and comfortable atmosphere. Everything has always been pleasant and suitable for our needs.

The only observation we would like to mention is the condition of the carpet — it is quite worn and has visible stains, which is not very pleasant. Perhaps this could be improved or partially solved by providing guests with disposable slippers.Overall, we enjoy staying here and would be happy to return again.

I loved staying here. The room was very spacious and clean, the buffet breakfast was delicious. Location is super central and close to a cute Christmas market. I totally recommend it :)

I smoke outside at the balconi and they chargh me 150euro. I didnt smoke at the room.

This room had a sliding door in bathroom which did not allow intimacy and comfort comparing to regular doors

I took parking at the hotel.The instructions were a liitle dificult to follow and it took me 30 minutes to find out where exaclty i should drive.The main problem is because of the christmass market many roads were close and it made the instructions dificult.

The location of the apartment is really great. I also liked that staff-less approach where everything was automated. The room was overall nice with comfortable bed/tv/wifi.

For all the days we stayed our room was never cleaned. Also, one of the towels I received was dirty and I was waiting for it to be changed, but it wasn't (since room was never cleaned). And it would be nice to have more then 2 towels per person during the stay.

My stay was very positive. The room was modern and well-designed, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The location of the hotel is excellent, making it easy to reach everything in the area. I communicated with the staff through the app, and all my requests were handled very quickly. Overall, it was a stay that exceeded my expectations in terms of modern design, comfort, and efficiency.

I experienced no negative issues during my stay.

Location close to UBahn was very comfortable shopping street and quiet surroundings both available. the room itself was quite spacious and the darkness provided with curtains helped us sleep till late morning.

The street is busy, so you have to count with some noise. it is better to leave the windows shut for the night.

We took a room for 3 people and paid additional for the third. Her bed was terrible and caused her back pains. The mattress was very thin, with bumos and no support. Comminication with the staff was only online. They answered politely, but the response was very slow. Fir example, we asked in advane and were promissed extra pillows that did not arrive, although they said that one did arrive (btw, why one? we asked for several). After a lot of argument, some smart staff member found a way to supply them.Our room including breakfast costed 21 euro per person per day above the rate without breakfat. They said it was by a coupon to a cafe nearby. I guess that that fact it was in a cafe justified somehow the high price for a very limited breakfast (even though, had I known that it would be such a poor breakfat, I would not have paid 21 Euro for it). However , on tbe 2nd day , when we arrive at the cafe, they told us that from now on, it would be served at the hotel. For a meal in the hotel it was really a bad deal.Also, although we paid for a rate that included breakfast, they insisted on putting the breakfast sepparately on the receipt. This unusual arrangement is going to cause me beurocratic problems with my employer who is willing to pay for a room that includes breakfast, but does not have the right entry for a breakfast by itself.
