Hotel Adlon Kempinski Berlin

The room and the staff were amazing. Hotel employee at the front desk was first rate on arrival. Hotel employee at the Restaurant was a great waitress and Representative of Berlin and the hotel.

The food was OK. But overpriced. You are paying for the first rate location.

Restaurant (brasserie) was not worth…

I have trouble sleeping but this was the best hotel I have ever slept in, the room was quiet and it felt likeNobody was there except for me. And this is one of the most important things IMHO.

They were a little bit slow being cocktails and food and they brought me bread with gluten when I specifically asked that I needed gluten free. Other than that perfect.

Very friendly staff, a beautiful building, super spa, delicious breakfasts and a large comfortable room. Nothing to fault!

Nothing. It was excellent.

Great service is really the hallmark of this hotel as well as location. It so close to the embassy’s and EU commissions it’s always busy.

I think it was redone in 1996 and it shows, could use a design refresh. Italian restaurant was just so so but all staff excellent.

Lobby bar and breakfast are awesome. Spa is decent too

Room was old. Some things were broken and the overall felling was it's old in a bad way. Also there was no complement even though we mentioned our stay was for wedding anniversary.

Great location and from arrival to departure the staff were very helpful and professional. The hotel is stunning, the bedroom was fabulous and comfortable.

All good, certainly no complaints from me.

Breakfast was out of this world. Where else would you get Caviar and Champagne for breakfast? Just outside was the Brandenburg Gate, wonderful location, as Berlin is a large city all the sites etc are quite spread about. The room was superb clean and spacioius.

Maybe the coffee could have been a bit better. However, that is very picky.

Beautiful art deco, helpful staff, amazing room with everything you could need. Spa is as incredible too. Breakfast was the best I’ve ever had. Great location

Perfect location very near the Brandenburg Gate and other historical sites. Rooms are also great and the service is impeccable. Breakfast was great and I would like to commend the following staff: Helena of front desk, Melanie Hermes and Meier of F&B.

The hotel is luxurious from the minute you step inside . The staff are incredible friendly, welcoming, efficient, kind and helpful. Nothing is too much for them. Breakfast is a feast of foods, outstanding service and really amazing choice for breakfast, anything imaginable is there for one to taste. 10/10 for the room in size, impeccably clean and beautiful decorated. 10/10 for staff of all areas in the hotel. Had a fantastic few days staying here.

A stunning hotel which more than lives up to its historic reputation as one of grand hotels of Europe! Everything was faultless including the staff, the ambience and the facilities. The breakfast was of particular note - without doubt the best I have ever experienced. The Hotel Adlon made for a truly memorable birthday stay in Berlin for me and my wife.

The spa and sauna, jacuzzi and pool were wonderful. With free fruits and tea. Gym was great! Well equipped. Room was classic decorated very comfortable. Breakfast was sooooo good with delicatessen specials. Location is the best!

Shower didn't work properly. No charging plugs for phone near the bed except for one I had to get on my hands and knees for. An overhot room so I always had to undress whenever I was in it.

Beakfast was awsome, the variety and the quality and the service and the view... Who could ask for anything more?

The staff were excellent very helpful and friendly. The room was outstanding we can not fault the level of comfort

My only observation is with breakfast. The food was delicious and the table service was very good. However when you arrive and are waiting to be seated I found the service let itself down. I am disabled and use walking sticks. I can only stand for a very short time. We were kept waiting for several minutes before being shown to a table I found standing waiting painful. Whilst the hotel does advise times when waiting will be longer it would be helpful if seating could be provided for less able guests while waiting. There didn’t seem to be any urgency in clearing tables so they could be used again without delay. I would have expected a much higher level of service with regards to this.

Great location, wonderful staff, fabulous spa. Good breakfast.

The carpets in the room were a bit stained TBH, and we kept having to ask for toiletries (small beer I know).

Excellent Hotel. Good location to visit Berlin. All staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good. SPA and Pool were easy to get to and very nice. My wife swam each morning at 7am. U/S Bahn station was directly outside Hotel entrance.

Long walk from room to elevator. Restaurant (not the top) was expensive and average.
