Hotel Lindenufer

When I arrived at the hotel, I was denied a room because I was told by hotel reservations staff there were no reservations for that evening.

Reservation staff appeared to have been asleep when I arrived at the hotel.

Right in the middle of charming old town Spandau. Easy access to Berlin on the S-Bahn.

Because of road construction, getting there was hell.

I would stay there again. Staff was great, very professional with excellent attitude and very helpful. Room was quiet. View was great. Room service was always excellent. Nice location in Altstadt Spandau. Very pleased over all.

Parking options were subpar compared to what I'm used to. This is not the hotel's fault, but it does affect decision making in hotel selection.

Overall a great experience. For people that don't mind a 20.min subway ride to the center of Berlin Its an old world quality hotel with impeccabke service at an affordabke orice. I would always return.

The location was good.

Dirty, outdated and without the advertised air conditioning. We had two rooms and one was updated with a/c and the other was not. It was so hot we opened a window but then were eaten alive by mosquitoes. There were spiders crawling around the ceiling and part of the faucet fell of in the bath. If you book here, request a new room or you’ll regret it. Parking also no good.

Located at the old City Center of spandau. There is plenty of good restaurants around the hotel to find something for everyone. The rooms are clean and well kept. This is one of my preferred addresses in Spandau.

Very good location in the old town centre, quiet rooms, simple and classy style, clean and in good condition. Comfy bed.

All good. Notice that you have to ring the bell for the main entrance door, then you can use room key to let yourself in. I think this is our if necessity because reception is on 1st floor.

Warm, very comfortable bed. Spotlessly clean. Thoroughly reccomended.

Only drawback is no kettle/coffee machine in the room. A minor inconvenience.

Everyone was really friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our time at the hotel and would stay there again anytime.The location is really good as well, lot’s of stores around the hotel and close to buses and trains!

Very clean, nice interior details, very nice soap smell at bathroom, super nice and welcoming staff, altogether very good - would recommend!

Stuff at the hotel was very attentive and helpful. Breakfast was simple but complete, there were even vitamins on offer. The food was fresh and varied.

The hotel is a long way from the center. The metro is nearby, but the area is very dark at night. The hotel reception is open until 9pm. There is no view from the rooms and the room is quite small.

Excellent location. Quiet. Comfortable. Excellent breakfast.

A neat 3-star hotel close to Spandau centre. Clean and functional with a mix of old and new furniture. The shower has one of the best water pressures I have ever come across. The staff lent us an umbrella since it was raining and we did not have one.

The room lacks storage except for the very old wardrobe. Except for shower gel, shampoo and hand washing liquid, the offering in the room is sparse. No kettle, water bottles at a cost of EUR2.50 each.

The hotel was strategically placed (5-10 min walk) for access to both the main train station (international trains, S-Bahn and RE) as well as the U-Bahn station.Easy access to the local Christmas market and food options.Great shower!

The aircon had a grinding sound which was very annoying that it woke us up many times during the first night and the second night,I had to turn it off because of the same sound. (We weren't able to let them know because we were very busy and was just at the hotel to sleep. I'm sure they would have done something about it ?)

We were tricked into a family room whereas a double bedroom would have been enough. We paid 350 EUR per night for a non air conditioned room - it was 30C in there - with a broken extendable couch that was so loud, we could not sleep. We booked two double beds in a hotel with aircon and we got neither of these. We will file a complaint to Booking.com and have already complained to the hotel, who did not really care about it.

The room was great in a great location. Very clean. Would recommend and we will stay here again. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Would be a bonus to have a small fridge available.
