Very nice view from the breakfast room. Dinner restaurant with a nice menu.

Shower stall was really small and in the corner.

The beds were amazing, I liked that there was enough space to walk-in in the room. I also enjoyed the sink in the bathroom.

Beds were good and it was nice that everything was in place for the baby (travel bassinet, blanket & tiny pillow). Additionally, it was a plus there was above ground and below ground parking. Employees at the front desk were very kind and helpfull with answering questions.

The room was dated. Furniture was looking like it was still from DDR times, same goes for the bathroom. The toilet did not really stop flushing, which was quite bothersome at night. The ventilation system in the bathroom was not really working, leading to a very high humidity in the bathroom and room in general.45 minutes before check out time a housekeeping manager of some kind stood at the door asking when we were leaving, in a very stern voice, as if we were past our welcome and doing something wrong.

The room was spacious and the bed was good; I could open the window during the night and it was not too noisy. The breakfast was good. I could park my car in the parking at the hotel (€10 per night)

The hotel makes a desolate impression; The front garden is not kept for years, the reception still have the Covid protection shields. The bed itself was clean but there was quite some dust in the room and in the bathroom; The shower in the bathroom with a curtain is outdated (but functioning properly) The chairs in the breakfast room were warn out. No ari-conditioner available in the room.

Staff were short and unfriendly, the bathroom stank from the drains, they were watering down most of the drinks and served me a pint that was miss poured and flat refusing to pour me a fresh one. I brought cleaning products and cleaned the bathroom myself, hairs in the desk and shower. No kettle or drinking facilities no fridge. The location is all it had

Reception staff were friendly. Comfortable bed and quiet room.

Breakfast quite basic. No air conditioning - but knew this as hotel advertises this fact. Foyer very basic and nowhere really to sit and relax.

Bed could have had mattress protector on it. Mattress was very clean and looked new.

The location is quite nice, with good public transportation options for a zone outside the ring. Old Köpenick is very busy and diverse.The room is nice and the bed is very comfortable.Reception is open 24/7 and the staff was polite.

The style is very old fashioned. The reception is just next to a tavern style bar which attracts a tad seedy kind of crowd. The shower is too small and the water pressure is difficult to regulate. The tube was stiff.

The location is good, since it is close to Altstadt Köpenick. The underground parking is also nice, especially over New Year. You can be sure your car is safe. Price is reasonable.

The rooms are very basic. On the pictures, they look 10x better. You also see a kettle, cups, water bottle, mini fridge etc in the pictures. In both rooms we saw, none of this was there... This is borderline scam in my opinion. The first room we got, the shower was broken a didn't work. The damage was clearly visible. How did they overlook that? We complained and very quickly got another room. In the second room, the TV didn't work and the bathroom shower area was mouldy and the smell was quite strong and unpleasant. Some places, such as behind the table area by the plugs, was covered in dust, as if it wasn't cleaned for months. The rooms were generally clean, but when you look closer, you find areas that weren't...All in all, the best part of the stay was leaving.
