Excellent hotel, which I have stayed in previously. Excellent staff and breakfast, but close to the S bahn too, which quickly takes you in to the centre.

Could do with a few English speaking channels on the TV. Otherwise apart from that nothing else

Classic oldschool motel by the highway for those who travel by car and want to avoid entering the city by car. Rooms are clean and the breakfast is correct.

No WiFi. Very slow service. Dinner took nearly 2 hrs. Almost left.

I liked the facility. It was clean and comfortable. The staff was professional and pleasant.The breakfast was good. I Uber was very accessible and affordable.

The coffee. I did not like the location because it is not walkable to anywher, nor is public transportation easily accessible.No wifi.No laundry facility on-site or nearby.

I stayed in room 108. There were no blackout curtains, only a sheer white curtain and a half grey one covering about 40% of the window. The room was fully lit by the sun from sunrise. The mattress was old, saggy and way too soft.

Very close to messe seud station and messe Berlin convention centre. Breakfast was excellent.

It said there was free wifi, but in my room there was no access, and the wifi lagged even in the lobby.

Staff were incredibly helpful when I had the problem of a flat battery (thanks Thomas and the night shift staff member!)Motel was clean and breakfast was fine.

Location was a bit fiddly to get to the public transport, but I rented a bolt scooter easily enough.

Being close to convention center that I wanted to visit. Cheap price with a breakfast.

Issues with language, wifi. Felt like an old place, even though it was mostly kept clean.

There was an issue with our shower door in the room which was missing a part and getting the bathroom floor wet, going through a few towels. We did raise this with the front desk, but it didn't seem to be rectified.

Handy for The Messe / ITB, but the checkin staff didn’t seem to know the best way to get there (there is an underpass so just walk). It’s impossible to cross the two motorways to get to The Messe.

Incredibly slow checkin process. 30 mins per person? What was up?

This is a fantastic Motel, with a great breakfast buffet. Close to train station. The Motel is rich in history, and should make more of its past. The room is clean and functional, separate bathroom was a surprise. Amazing value for money

Staff weren't particularly helpful or friendly. Rooms were made up, but water was only in room on arrival, wasn't replenished. Small details stopped it from being a 5 Star stay

This motel is nothing like in the pictures on this site ! It's old and run down. The location is awful if you want to get around by public transport. There is no wifi and there is no elevator.As a lone woman traveller i felt unsafe there and wanted to leave as soon as possible !

The staff were great, the price brilliant, the hotel met all my needs and was of a good standard.

The walk from the s bahn station although wasn’t far, did pass a slightly dodgy bit…..I would have been uncomfortable taking my young child. Obviously the hotel can’t do anything about this

The room was very hot without air conditioning and it was hard to keep the window open due to road noise.The WIFI also requires an internet window to open to accept terms and conditions so if your laptop has security to stop this you can not get WIFI!

the room was cleaned every day. it was close to a train station with access to the center of berlin.

the breakfast restaurant was dirty. Finished meals are not replenished.

The hotel itself and the room were fine and as expected. The breakfast buffet was very good - plenty big and very tasty. And the service was great - I could get into my room early and check out late, staff was very friendly. Overall I had a very nice stay.

The walls are a little thin. So, you will hear your neighbours talk. Also, I could not get any wifi connection in the room. Everything else was fine.
