We did not eat breakfast. Location was very convenient to food/shopping/ transportation
The room carpet was stained
The hotel location is excellent, with bus, subway and train station nearby. It’s on shopping street close to Christmas market. The bathroom is spacious and clean.
So central hop on hop off buses right outside lots in walking distance and train station to airport 5min walk
We had a Junior Suite which has a small seating area and is very pleasant for relaxing between events.
Breakfast is not easy at peak times. Not enough staff and food not refilled quickly. You may need to wait for a table. Earlier or later is better but the arrangement of the buffet is not thought through. All too narrow.Parts of the room needed a little upkeep. It hasn't been 100% cared for over the years. Nothing major. Just little things: light bulb, worn areas. The bathroom was chilly. (Winter) but the shower was great!
Location is great, along the shopping street and very near a great jazz bar.
Small room, tiny closet!Very good breakfast, perfect location!
Larger room, with bigger closet!
Location nice rooms very kind people
Great location, near the Zoo train station and many buses to different direction. Clean and spacious, comfortable bed. Very good breakfast, coffee to go, nice staff.
Staffs were friendly. Clean rooms. Location is really good.
The bed was too soft for those who prefer firmer mattress.

Location and breakfast offerings
Room was cold, couldn’t warm up well until we received a portable heater; then it was perfect.
Great location, right on shopping street and close to public transport.
No door for the bathroom so no privacy when shower
Location and WiFi good. Staff very friendly and helpful. Close to many tourist locations and public transport.
Lift a bit on the smaller side.
The staff were very helpful and pleasant. The breakfast was very good and the hotel was very clean.Great location and my birthday incidentally was on the 27th August during our stay and when we arrived back to hotel later that evening two bottles of wine and a handwritten birthday card was placed in our room. The staff must have noticed my birthday with my passport details.Really thoughtful and a nice touch.
Can't think of any, seriously!
