the location was good close to public transportation,There is a bar resturant and beach volly ball club lots of opportunity to socalize it is a cool place to be. the staff were friendly and helpful.

rooms are too basic for the price, not enough bathrooms showers a little to public. the office closes early, we got there late and almost didn't get into our room luckily the manager was staying late the night to do the books. I think it was only 10:30pm

Rooms were clean and just barely big enough for two of us. Location was good and the vibes of the property were good.

Lack of sound insulation made us easily disturbed by other guests. Showers were a little dirty and mens bathroom smelled awful.

Really comfy beds and the heating was on ready for when we arrived as the weather was very cold

Great cabins in a beautiful beach setting in the heart of Berlin.Staff are very friendly and knowledgeable.Clean and comfortable with a bar and restaurant on site.

There is no place for coffee in the morning.The restaurant opens at 11.30 so the nearest place for breakfast is 5 minutes walk.

Location - Perfect for travellers. few meters from train/tram/bus stops.The place is giving a tropical vibes since it has a beach volleyball area, al fresco tables and chairs. The reception lady is very accommodating and warm. she is doing her job perfectly.

The toilet is common and is located outside of each room in a separate building which is not comfortable esp during winter and you will go to the toilet at night or early morning. The restaurant closes so early. the room is tiny for 4 pax (2 double bunk beds). difficult to open our 20kg lugagge. have to move one person at a time. Top bed is very close to the ceiling, you cant even sit in your bed without haunching.

the rooom is amazing, just like how i imagined it to be, the bathroom and toilets are a little bit far from the cubes themselves, although it is clean enough, the bathroom gets just unavoidably dirty from the people who used it. The staff is super super friendly!!

young noisy arrogant visitors, this accommodation is cheap and unfortunately the audience corresponds to this... I will never do this again, I would rather pay extra for the comfort of peace and quiet….

No kitchen so we couldn't cook but there's a lovely looking restaurant on-site so no big problems

Noisey guests at night in the other pods, no staff onsite at night to speak to about this issue. No early check in available.

Excellent location, good vibe, very friendly staff.

The rooms are as small as described - 5 m²; they look much larger on the photos. Unfortunately, our room was full of dust and sand, and the facilities were very small and dirty. I attach some photos of the small shower and bathrooms. They were worse than those at any campsite I have been.

- The location! S-Bahn, U-Bahn, tram and buses¡¡- Very good indoor heating- Overall cleaness

- Shared bathrooms could be much better. The water doesn't have a timing after each press but that you must keep pressing on it to have water out. I am short-haired but image how long-haired people should wash under such condition¡¡ And there is nothing else in the bathroom except four hooks.- No chairs/table in the room.- The noise hasn't been a problem for us thanks to pure luck, but the problem that many guests have complaint on do have a high chance to appear.

The instructions given to us were very clear, the staff was very accommodating and we accessed ou cube easily. The cubes were clean, the facilities too and it was very quiet and peaceful, we got the rest we needed, we'll definitely come back again

It was clean. Heaters worked well, fan worked ok.

Towels not included and this wasn't mentioned to us when we checked in. Had to dry ourselves with a t shirt the first day we were there. Towels are 2 euros. Rooms are incredibly small. Lamp in room worked intermittently. Showers operate on push a button and it runs for 17 seconds. So constantly pressing the button to shower. There is beach volleyball business attached to the accommodation. Food is decent but need to pay a deposit on every glass or plate they give you.

Overall, we are very satisfied. We are happy with the location, the concept, and the staff’s service.It was a late check-in outside regular hours, but they kindly explained the check-in procedure over the phone, which made us feel very reassured and allowed us to check in smoothly. Thanks.

The lodge walls have no soundproofing at all, so noises from neighboring guests and outside can be heard quite clearly. In particular, the guests next door were very noisy, which made it quite difficult for us to sleep.

The staff were very lovely and helpful! It’s in a good location as well. Not much space in there, but if you’re just looking for somewhere clean, safe, and afforable - this is it.

The fox I saw on the first day in the area and the bedroom was as expected.

One of the female bathrooms had no hot water and that was not written anywhere, I found this out under the water. Besides, another bathroom was closed due to the fact that the toilets were blocked by bio things and we were instructed to have a shower in the club bathroom which was not possible as we would have to pay like €3 euros for 3 minutes water.

I liked the location very much. Very close to public transport stations. The staff were amazing, super friendly. Good food and coffee at the bar. It’s a really good option for how cheap it is.
