Victor's Residenz-Hotel Berlin Tegel

Staff is very helpful & friendly. Helped us figure out transportation & even sold bus tickets at the desk. Was nice for us that they spoke English. Breakfast buffet is great. Bartender gave me ice at night for sore shoulder. On two major bus routes.

Shower stall is very noisy. Very limited dinner menu & not open at all on Sunday (not a big deal as there is a nice casual Italian restaurant nearby but just a heads up.) I thought I upgraded by choosing Comfort Dbl but maybe Std was better. Not clear.

Pretty okay hotel, has everything you need for a few nights sleep. It's in an okay neighbourhood right next to a lake, and few minutes walk to a u-bahn. Very fast and stable internet.

The bathroom was dim, had only 3 small lights for the mirror, so the shower was very dark.

Quiet neighborhood, 2 bus stops just around the corner.

Rooms could use a renovation, especially the bathroom shower doors and the carpet. A safe-deposit box inside the room could be very helpful.

Both rooms were really warm as in no inroom heat control. One of the rooms were way too warm and was really unbearable. So our parents had to hangout in our room most part of the day as theirs was too warm to stay longer.

The property was close to family in Berlin and the cemetery for a family funeral. The cafes and restaurants nearby were wonderful!

Breakfast not included. No coffee maker or refrigerator in the rooms. Some of the staff, not all, were not very knowledgeable of the area and how to get around by transportation.

Rooms where clean and warm was 18 degrees during the day but down to 3 outside never felt cold in hotel in evening 20 minute walk to u Bahn. Did not use the hotel facilities a lot was visiting family so only one breakfast had there but there was a good selection buffet style and good food

Location

Housekeeping can be more alert on the signs hung at the door. They missed my room, twice, even though the make up room card hung outside.

Comfortable and well located hotel. The staff are always helpful and go the extra mile. Our room was spacious and the beds very comfortable.Certainly we will come back.

The room was exceptionally spacious if a little hot! Breakfast sustained us until mid afternoon.

The staff was really polite and helpful, they were always available no matter what, the hotel is clean and there is everything you could possibly need.

Clean room, friendly reception staff. The hotel is near the bus station but quite a distance to the underground metro. There is a nice Italian Restaurant near the hotel.

The location was very close concerning my conference workshops.it was clean and comfortable my room!the people in the reception and generally were very kind! everything was really nice!Thank you.

The staffs were very friendly. They have a parking area,but you have to pay 18€. Or you can just park in the street for free.

The facilities are already very old and are not really modern. The color of the room is really boring. It is far from the center, although it is near the bus station and metro station. The breakfast is too expensive. The pillows are not really comfortable.

Location was good, clean hotel

The pillows were almost non existent. It felt like sleeping on a pillow case rather than an actual pillow. No head support which made the pillow useless and the bed uncomfortable

The room was strange, it was big but very badly planned and hardly furnished. It did not have a fridge nor air-conditioning. The neighborhood did not feel safe, especially when walking outside after dark...
