The staff and the location.

The hotel is not finished. The elevators only works part of the time. The balcony door will not lock and it is a shared balcony. The room is very SMALL. The entrance to the Hotel is not handicap accessible and there is only one door.

The breakfast had variety of food items, was fresh and the staff reaching out to help. The location of Red is superb would access trains to Messe and top end shopps across the streets. Very clean and setene area. Btw I liked the snowing days it was ohenomeno.

I think the hotel needes to have an alacarte menu in the evening. What was available fell short of filling a stomach and not sumptious.

I can confirm the points mentioned in one of the previous reviews. One night, at around 2:00 a.m., there was a critical situation caused by a fire alarm that went off and was extremely loud for about half an hour before it was finally turned off.I can also confirm that on New Year’s Eve the entrance to the parking garage was blocked from the outside by another car. Fortunately, we needed to enter the parking area rather than exit, so we parked on the street across the road and, as a result, saved the €20 parking fee for that night.We were not satisfied with the housekeeping, or rather with its appearance. There was visible dirt on the bed linen, and the black matte bathroom doors accumulated noticeable handprints and streaks over several days. It was surprising that this was not addressed during the “cleaning,” as it was very obvious and unpleasant. In practice, the cleaning seemed to consist only of taking out the trash and changing towels.Despite these issues, overall we were satisfied with the hotel and its location. We even wanted to reserve it again for our next trip, but to our surprise, the minibar has been removed from the list of in-room amenities. We would appreciate clarification from the staff regarding this.

The location was great. Near Restaurants, shopping and coffees. Breakfast was okay. The employees was great.

There is only one slow elevator, and it seems a bit old. Usually you should wait elevator a lot.

Stressful

The hotel had faulty wires (the police gave us that info) and at 2am at the night before the new years the fire alarm went off for the whole building, we didn’t receive any compensation for the whole ruined night. And the next night when we tried to drive out of the hotel’s parking the drive-trough was blocked by the other car, the hotel staff that worked that night did not speak English and did not help in any way at all, in result we were late for our flight. Zero accountability and help from the hotel when something bad happens, which they should be held accountable.

Rooms are small. You don’t feel comfortable inside. Variety of foods at breakfast is not enough. There are no other facilities except the bar for the guests.

Every single thing. The location, the cleanliness, the staff, the lobby, EVERYTHING. What a beautiful hotel that was so nice to step into from the freezing cold outside.

Great front desk staff who was helpful in all situations. The hotel room was pretty specious. The breakfast was great with a variety, and small daily changes, with option to order as well.

The hotel is located in a super central and secure neighborhood. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Everything was pristine, clean and tidy in the room. My overall experience was great, it was my first solo trip and Radisson Red Berlin made it a lot easier and enjoyable.

Due to its central location, it can be a bit noisy at night because of police car sirens.

The bathroom sink didn't have any counters pace which isn't comfortable, especially as a woman.

This is one of the hotels I have ever stayed in. Located in one of the best districts of Berlin, near the Christmas Market. Clean, calm, safe, with all the facilities you need for your comfortable rest. Kind and supportive staff. Highly recommend this place for solo or family travellers.
