Best hotel in Berlin

They didn’t tell me about the construction work, and it annoyed me every day. When I addressed it, the receptionist said they didn’t expect the noise levels to be too high. They offered late check out which I accepted.

I had a great stay at this apartment hotel. The apartment was clean, spacious, and very well equipped and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location was also convenient and quiet. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Pillows were really bad - zero loft, felt like they disappeared as soon as you put your head down!!! otherwise a really fantastic stay

Amazing place in a very nice area. The room was very comfortable and decorated with taste.

Well designed studio, with everything you need. I want to come back. The one I stayed I recommend it for couples as it doesn’t have a door to the shower room. Also, take a credit card with you.

Love the location, pretty central with a Tram stop right outside. There are some GREAT restaurants, coffeeshops & bakeries in the area and some even better shops.

Great location. Brilliantly decorated and comfortable apartment and friendly staff. Top end furnishings and technology. Felt like a home from home after weeks of travel and staying in hotels. Highly recommend.

Loved the location, close to restaurants, bars and parks. Having an amazing bakery across the road was wonderful for breakfast. Room was clean and tidy with some lovely touches.

The room was quiet light so not easy to sleep in. The view outside was not very attractive but you did feel absorbed into a groovy little community.

Well appointed and clean. Very central, easy walk to restaurants and coffee shops. Easy paid parking right outside the property. Friendly host.

Although my stay wasn't at all bad, I thought my room was a bit overpriced, it didn't really have the luxury feel I would expect from a room over well over $300/night. Although my friend and I both booked the same room type it was quite disappointing to find one room did have a bath tub while the other didn't.

This is our absolute favorite apartment hotel in Berlin! Perfectly located right in the heart of Mitte – lively with restaurants and bars all around, yet the apartment itself feels calm and private. Everything is within easy walking distance.The rooms/apartments are stunning, beautifully designed with an artistic vibe. The bathtub is pure bliss – such a treat after a long day in the city.This was our third stay here, and definitely not the last! Highly recommend.

Perfect location, beautiful mini apartment and extremely friendly and helpful staff

Gorgeous building. The apartment was comfortable and stylish. It's situated in a cute and quiet area, close to everything. They recommended a cafe nearby (Cafe Fleury) and it was the perfect start to our adventure. We arrived in the morning and the staff stored our bags and let us freshen up. When we came back to check in, they'd already taken our bags to our room.The bed was great to sleep on, and the rainfall showerhead, and Dyson hairdryer are also nice touches.We'd forgotten some items when checking out and the staff were super quick to send these to an upcoming hotel, sharing a photo and tracking number. The team made sure we had a seamless stay.

-Excellent location if you prefer hipster neighborhoods. Lots of bars and restaurants, very lively neighborhood. - Public transportation is very close to the hotel- Loved the apartment - it's very spacious, well equipped kitchen, everything worked well, we had everything we needed - coffee, tea, dishes, dishwasher etc.

- The rooms overlooking the street must be very loud. There are several huge restaurants and bar terraces and a tram stop right by your windows. It was very loud during the day and till late at night. And of course everyone is smoking, so it may be an issue for non-smokers because you won't be able to open the windows- We specifically asked for a quiet room facing the courtyard. It was mostly quiet except for when the bar in the same building closed around 2 am and threw out glass bottles using the trash cans in the courtyard every day. It was very loud. I complained at the reception. They were pretty receptive and upset because apparently it's a recurrent issue with the bar and they had already talked to them about it with what it looks like no result. There may be some quiet rooms in the back of the building, but I am not sure at this point.

Gorki has an amazing location. So many cafes, bars and restaurants right outside the door, and they were all excellent. Public transportation was just a few steps away. I would stay again and again at this wonderful hotel.

As much as this is being picky, my wife and I did not like the pillows on the bed.

Great location and the staff was very helpful,The room was stylish and the beds super comfy.
