Good location, well ventilated rooms, reasonably clean

No mini fridge or cupboard for clothes, shower was a bit messy, staff is pretty much one person

Lovely atmosphere and decor. Good breakfast selection

The bathroom is exceptionally small and you have yo climb across and open the window from the bed only

The room was nicely appointed and the location perfect. I especially enjoyed the breakfast buffet. Worth the additional cost (*if* not included in your packet.) The staff was excellent.

Staff was great. Room was cozy, and I couldn't ask for a better location.

Location was good. Breakfast was ok. Clean enough sheets but not sure about the floor. Water pressure was great and hot!

Had to wait 20 minutes to check-in because no one was around. Phone line didn't work to call and ask for help. Wifi password was only in the elevator. Not the quietest room.

Really nice place, neat and tidy and very nicely decorated. The facilities were fine and the personnel very friendly and helpful. Great value for price as well.

Although bathroom was clean, there must be a problem with the drainage, so there was a little smell in the bathroom.But with the ventilation that started while the light is on, it disappeared.

The hotel is very nice, comfortable, and recently renovated. It's quite clean. We booked with a group of friends and added an extra day. The front desk was very kind in making arrangements so we didn't have to change the room. However, we didn't understand how housekeeping works, because for 3 nights and 4 days, the towels weren't changed, the wastebaskets weren't emptied, and the bathroom wasn't cleaned. I recommend asking at the front desk how does it works.

The location si perfect and the staff is pretty nice.

Uncomfortable beds with awful pillows. We woke up with back and neck pain. We had breakfast one morning and it had no taste and low on options. Not very clean.

Its location - being near the tram line and many restaurants.

Struggled with shower layout and being able to open the sky lift window.

My second time here and once again a very enjoyable experience. Nice quiet neighbourhood, but also close enough to busier areas by U-bahn and tram, very easy to get around. Lidl almost next door for supplies. Hotel has a cool decor/vibe - the lounge area was a nice place to relax the night before the marathon. Room was a good size, bed was comfy and heard no noise from outside at all. Staff all very welcoming and friendly. Will be back again in 2026

Great location, a few tram stops from Mitte, lovely vibe in the neighbourhood, I felt safe walking or cycling around the place. Hotel is as described, helpful and friendly staff, good deal for breakfast. Had everything I needed.

Breakfast was ok; but chaotic. Service was good and able to sit outside and have a beer . the area was quiet and plesant.Able to leave luggage until required.

Same problem as most newer , very small and basic rooms. The bathroom although complete tiny and difficult shower bay to get into. Photos were old and the rooms are a bit tired. No instructions in the rooms in English re usuing the TV>

Had a great stay - we were due to arrive Sunday night but our flight was cancelled so couldn’t get to Berlin til the Monday morning. The staff were so lovely when I rang to explain this and we were easily able to check in when we eventually arrived after midday on the Monday.The room was very comfortable, great air con, great shower and great location. Would definitely recommend!

No complaints! Just one tiny thing would be that a kettle in the bedroom would make it even more perfect!
