The location is perfect for the public transportation on the city and to airport while with S9 you can directly go to the airport with 2 min walk. The breakfast was good and good to value.

The room is not clean, the toilet was dirty, room was so dusty and the corridors are smelling bad.

Good hotel in middle in Berlin .Very easy checkout and check-in process.. Great experience. Clean comfy room in perfect location. Upper floor room had great views.

too small, shared entrance with other shops, congested, no aircon, could not keep window open as ambulances going all night. Had maintenance man out twice, only 1 bedside table, No kettle and coffee machine with 2 pods, no milk dangerously precariously placed on too small bedside table.

Price value ratio was very high

For 4 star hotel, some elements are missing like refrigerator in the room or house shoes.

The location is very good next to Alexanderplatz, no noise, the bed was comfortable and the room was clean.

There is no separate bathroom; it's inside the room. I assumed there would be a glass panel fully encasing it, but there was only curtain, so water splashes everywhere on the floor, and the steam fills the room. Because of this, I avoided showering in the evening. There's also no mini-fridge or complimentary tea.

I found it quite stressful when I believe a hotel staff loudly knocked on my door at around 9:30am. I think they may have been doing some sort of checks to see if anyone was in the room. But why. I was not dressed at all and was relaxing in my bed and I suddenly jumped up and shouted “someone is here!!!” for fear they might come in and see me undressed, after that they went away and knocked on other doors. I ran to get dressed and put a “do not disturb” sign on my door. I could not relax anymore after. Everytime I hear footsteps outside I think…”will they knock??”. I put on clothes I originally planned on putting them all on later. It was not a good experience having anxiety while I try to relax before I head off to a long journey. Please reconsider this policy of knocking loudly on doors at 9am+. I will also remember to put a do not disturb sign next time.

Room was very cold, pillows wss not comfortable at all, so noisy cleaning staff that keep knocking on the the doors since early morning fir several times to clean the room.

Room is very dusty, provided 1 bottle water but room didn’t have bottle opener, I have to request for a coffee pod did not replenish as part of the daily closing. Heating is so hot and thermostat was not working so have to open my window.

The location is great and convenient. Room was clean and roomy.

The WiFi was horrible, either no connection or connection drops frequently. The management needs to update the WiFi infrastructure. Also the water temperature fluctuate so much. It's either too hot or too cold with the same setting. Not sure if it's related to the cold weather.

Great location 2 mins walk from the metro stn. Nice room with great views of the city. Lovely comfortable bed and a good power shower

I am in hotel for a 3 nights My room 505 My room very cold .

Perfect location, there is a hop-on hop-off bus stop right in front of the entrance and there are S-Bahn and tram stops a minute away.

The water pressure was not stable and the temperature changed from cold to hot constantly while taking a shower.

The breakfast was adequate but at times it was difficult to find a seat.

The curtains in my room were not hung properly and so let a lot of light in. Also the shower goes from perfect temperature to scalding hot to cold and back to perfect all on the same setting! Be careful if you have kids.

Fire safety - small rooms and rooms on the end have to walk to the middle of the building to go back then other side to the stairs. Did not see any disable carrying chairs.Eating breakfast as a.person travelling alone was very tricky. Staff were over-enthusiastic about clearing away,, which meant my place was taken by the time I got back. Online check-in meant I didn't know where breakfast was!The showers in the rooms are interesting if uou are travelling as two friends and not as a couple. Water temp was scalding, then cold - careful if you have children.
