The hotel's location is central and That's an asset in metropolitan cities.
We were impressed by the condition of our room, it's position on the first floor and that we were able to access it early and so get rid of that baggage and go and explore. Everything went well. We have used this hotel for three consecutive years .

The staff is super UNFRIENDLY. They hesitate when you ask for anything. The room was very small and there was hardly any space. No coffee machine or boiler, and when ask for one the staff answers: why do you need it?!!!! Very unprofessional.
Front desk staff bordered on being surly. They were all more involved in their computer screens and shuffling paperwork around, than helping people standing right in front of them. It was rude and humiliating. 2 of the clerks had mooooo idea whatsoever...
