Artim Hotel

The staff were very good, very accommodating, helpful, pleasant. I'd highly recommend it for that reason. We arrived on an early flight from Newark on a busy night for the hotel and the front desk had us in a room by 11:00a.m. Breakfast is great too.

Rooms are large and efficient, albeit basic. But he bed was comfortable. I would come back again.

When entering the hotel and paying for 300e they didn't want to take a 500e note because they don't have that practice. I won't go into details, but the situation was very unpleasant. There were people around and I was very uncomfortable. This would be fine if the same attitude was emphasized somewhere. I had been traveling all night, I was tired and I wasted an extra half hour on a cold day looking for a currency exchange office to exchange money. She was generally polite, the rest of the staff were very kind.No kettle and no indoor slippers, not adequate for a 4 star hotel.

Location. Close to bars, markets, restaurants and station. Comfy bed.

Room had a musty odor, I opened the window to ease it.

the price is high compared to facilities, old building and one elevator old and slow. The breakfast not bad.Not recommended to anyone

There is a gay shop on the street.

Good hotel, with nice and big rooms, with all needed facilities, balconies included. Nice and helpful frontdesk personnel. Very good breakfast. Unfortunately, we didn't test the Sri Lankan restaurant downstairs apart from having breakfast there, as we fell for the Block House chain of restaurants.

The hotel isn't quite close to the main means of urban transportation, as marketed. But we managed to find our way through the big city, with a little help from Google Maps and a couple of 5-day Berlin Welcome Cards (by the way, they aren't worth the investment, as they don't ensure any discount for the main museums in Berlin - it's only deceaving marketing; but we used them extensively for travelling around, at least, without caring about buying and validating single tickets every time).

Location is great for where I want to be. It's quiet and comfortable!

The only thing I wish is that they had a water boiler for coffee but I bring my own.. all fine

It was very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent and delicious, a grand variety of food and fresh ingredients. That breakfast buffet is among the best I've ever had at a hotel.

For me in total the hotel has not more than three stars, or even less

They charged me extra money because my kids where to old. They told me that is mentioned in the Booking App and it was not. Son I had to pay an extra charge. Not exactable at all because it was not my fault.

The hotel is in a great location, with plenty of public transportation options nearby. The room was quite big with a lovely view and a balcony.

There is no parking available and no airconditioning in the rooms. I feel the rate they charge per night is too high for what you get.

It was simple and convenient

Breakfast was over charged for quality and value, bread was not fresh

Lift is too slow. No iron in the room, Cards were not working properly and needs to be exchanged several times during our stay.

It was in a good area

It was not clean. There were hairs on the bed and in the shower and the shower looked liked it wasn’t cleaned before we came. The mini fridge was dirty inside and the shower cap holder was about to fall off. Our room 411 was next to the elevator and the elevator could always be heard during the night. For the price I expected a more comfortable and cleaned (!!!) room. Staff could barely speak German and even though they tried their best to be somewhat nice they provided a bad service. I don’t recommend this hotel at all. PS: The elevator is super slow and old (scary).

Spacious room, all clean. Nice to have a fridge. The room was quiet, no noise from outside or the neighbors. In the middle of the gay district.

Staff could have been a bit more friendly, and would have been nice if you could buy a drink even if the restaurant they use got breakfast was closed.

The hotel is at a fantastic location near the city centre. The room was fancy and comfortable but the cleaning was poor. The pillows were thin so i needed 3. Plus the cuisine offered was not so familiar so we ate outside. Nonetheless service was ok and people were friendly. I think with a few adjustments it would be amazing.

Was not clean. After i spoke to the reception they cleaned it every day. The last day i noticed spider net at the ceiling and dust at the wall. The bed was comfy but not the pillows. Those were old.

Good location. Clean and comfortable rooms.
