The location

The mattresses were horribly hard. Also, i messaged for another cup to be brought through the app and it never came. The staff weren?t overly friendly.

Great location. Clean rooms.Great breakfast.

Fitness area does not exist. Few machines stored in a location that looks more like a storage and none of them working. It's a joke not a fitness.

Central location, great breakfast, great staff

Room was spacious with all amenities. Location is next to main attractions 15 min walk and breakfast was plenty

I liked the front desk staff. Really kind and helpful. I also liked the breakfast. Very complete.

My room’s bathroom had a very bad smell coming from the sink. The water was not going down and it smelled bad. Also the shower drain was broken. And the cleaning staff didn’t leave us the voucher to get our drink for not getting cleaning everyday. Maintenance in the bathroom needs to be completed. The sink smelled BAD!

I’ve been to NH hotels in Spain and the rooms were much nicer. The rooms here were very basic. One of the two elevators did not work, which was super inconvenient over the New Year holiday, when the hotel was full. The neighbourhood is central but lacks charm.

Location, and friendly staff

One of the elevators was not working. Resulting in a need to use the stairs due to long wait times.

Convenient location and can walk to most sights. The hotel is beautiful with very helpful and friendly staff.

First of all a big praise to the the staff - They really helped with everything we needed. Wonderful room comfortable and modern. Brilliant breakfast filled with a vast choice. Location is another added factor for this Hotel as in the neighborhood there are shops, restaurants and supermarkets.

Nothing I liked all

Location was good, room was good, beds were comfortable enough.

Bathroom floor had someone’s hair on the floor and toilet when we got there. Housekeeping didn’t refill the tissues in the bathroom, towels were scratchy.

Staff was phenomenal! Nearly everything was spotlessly clean (9.5/10). The room was great, and the location worked perfectly for what we needed.

The shower floor needed to be bleached;it was very grimy. We saw people at the spa with towels and slippers, but we did not have those in our room and would have appreciated them.

Excellent location, hotel easy to find. Near the ReWe grocery store which is convenient to pick up supplies. Front staff helpful. Good coffee in the room.

I was pleased to stay in this hotel. I was delighted with the comfortable room, the location was superb, and the breakfast was good.

There were a lot of insightful and convenient touches such as laundry pods and dishwasher pods.

As soon as you got within 7 or 8 feet of the elevator there was no cell service. Which doors were open at night was dependent on who was working.

I stayed at the hotel to take part in a half marathon. Found the location perfect for metro and bus connections. Area had supermarkets nearby and felt very safe. Room was as expected with free drink provided.

There is no view from the room and the elevator is a bit far from the room.
