Clean, quiet, friendly staff, great location.

The location is great and the lobby is nice & modern

Hotel staff is rude. One evening after I got takeout food, I stopped by the lobby to pick up silverware. The front desk person shouted and insulted me for not taking his permission first. This shouldn't be the way you treat and belittle guests

Middle aged blonde-ish haired lady at the front desk was very rude to us when we asked her for our bags. The rooms that don't face the street face other rooms, so you have to keep the curtains shut for privacy!

Nice breakfast, there were some vegan options to choose from. Quiet area, great location.

Rooms have a very old AC system, the room was overheating, it was really hard to set wanted temperature.

Free drink water, cola, juice

I booked a room with Kitchen, but no dishes no pan no microwave oven in room. I have to come to service desk and Wait for more than 30 minutes. And the microwave oven in hotel is broken. The room with Kitchen is very bad compared with other hotel.

The location is excellent. The room was very quiet, even though the hotel is located on a street with tram traffic.

Very good location, helpful staff and very good breaklfast.

Breakfast was OK...nothing special. Location is perfect. It's easy to walk to a lot of interesting places and the tram is literally just across the street. I LOVE the transit system in Berlin (been here before).When the trains were shut due to a snowstorm for two day they were happy to accommodate me with a room.

Very clean suite with cool decor, a great central location in the downtown area and not far from the main central station. Staff were friendly.

Excellent location. Tram stop is just front of the hotel, metro is a few minutes walk. Breakfast is nothing special, but ok. Asked for a room change, and the hotel was flexible. The check in receptionist was very helpful.

The first room was looking to the courtyard that was messy and dirty. The hotel has a room cleaning system that you can cancel your daily cleaning. We have not cancelled but they did not clean during the 3 days. Once we had to ask for clean towels. One evening we asked for restaurant suggestion in the area and the receptionist had no idea "I'm not living in this neighborhood" The hotel has an outdated design.

Close to train station. Tram stop across the street. Close to a lot of interesting places.

Close proximity to the sites we wanted to visit. The hot chocolate from the cafe was the best I’ve had. Loved the street view - watching the snow fall was magical.Despite being street facing the room was quiet on the fifth floor.

Bath was a little tricky to get out of - but not a deal breaker.

Good location and view from window was great.

Two single beds pushed together rather than a double bed. Didn’t replenish our tea bags and no milk supplied.

The location

The hotel is below a good standard. Cleanliness is not satisfactory, and the rooms are very uncomfortable. The bathroom is poorly designed, raised, and slippery, which makes it unsafe. There is no hair dryer and no water hose near the toilet. The doors are heavy. The daytime view from the windows is nice, but at night it is very noisy due to the nearby metro station and traffic. Breakfast is very basic, repetitive, and limited, especially for those looking for halal options. Overall, the hotel is below a good level.

Location is good.

Our request for a room with bathtub was completely ignored. The rooms are getting barely cleaned. There were balls of dust on the floor multiple days. The duvet and pillow covers may or may not be changed, even if visibly dirty.Completely the same continental breakfast everyday. The breakfast is till 10:30, but if something run out (and often the only available side dish option, like sausages or meatballs, runs out before 9am), you’re out of luck, it won’t be replenished. Get ready to eat the same scrambled eggs everyday if you don’t want to wake up early. To top it up, the coffee machine may run out of milk, and it also won’t be replenished.There’s no minibar and no fridge in the room. WiFi is bad, and not always working. No facilities (gym, restaurant) at all.

Rooms are very cosy and clean, and the location is one of the best areas of Berlin!

The air con is on all night, and wouldn't turn off, so is a little noisy and is kind hard to get to sleep
