Not expensive, clean, close to the train station and really friendly and helpful staff

Toilets lack ventilation and thus end up smelling a bit.

The room was comfortable and the staff was very friendly and made you feel right at home. Process to check in was smooth and hassle free. The room is really big and the bed is really cozy and comfortable.

Good location and connection with public transport. Reception 0-24 at your service.

Clean, simple and comfortable

The sofa depicted in the pictures is not present. Additionally, the bathroom is smaller and the bathing area differs from what was shown in the images.

We had two-bedrooms apartment and it was clean.

Water was really terrible. You have to wait a long time to get it warm. The apartment is basic. I think it’s better to rent hotel room for the same money.

The hostel has a great location with easy access to public transportation and nearby shops. The rooms and common areas were clean, and the atmosphere was friendly and social. Staff were helpful and made check-in smooth.

There wasn’t much to dislike overall. Everything met my expectations and worked well during my stay.

Staff was nice, shared room was good, shared kitchen and common room. Nice that you have some paintings displayed.

Comfortable room

It was indicated that rooms would be cleaned every 2 days for those staying beyond 2 days. However, my room was cleaned only once within the 5 days I spent at the property.

Reception desk available 24/7. Spacious and comfortable room. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

The room was very clean even cleaner than hotel rooms and it was a hostel dormitory. I liked it a lot and the staff was very friendly with a permanent reception.

Clean and very spacious, and most importantly the lounge for relaxing which was equipped with TV, fridge, and a kitchen. That is best for families.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, with plenty of room for luggage.The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the buffet breakfast was reasonably priced and varied.

It would be a good idea to have pay-to-use washers and dryers to avoid having to go out and waste time.

The staff was really accomodating, also lets you store your big luggages behind a locked gate so you dont have to worry about anything. Check-in was smooth and easy.

The family room was very comfortable and clean. We could get a coffee every morning in the room and we could keep our drinks in the fridge (a very little one). The common area close to the reception was cosy and easy to get drinks from the bar. Marlene at the reception always focused on keeping the guests with a smile (great service) ?. Our car was safe in the parking area (with a cost per day), and it was not necessary to use it since the metro is not very far from Alexanderpladz and some other tourist attractions.

Even the bathroom was very clean, it was old, very small and a bit dark.
