Great location, clean rooms, very helpful staff. Were able to walk to most of the places we wanted to see from here. Also had a grocery store around the corner that was nice to get snacks and food from.

Low service: Kept waiting at door upon arrival. Not asked how I enjoyed stay when checking out. Floor in room was heavily stained. Feedback brochures on pillow was used. Glass in bathroom was sticky on rim. Overall cleanines was below average.

Had a bad and rude experience with your member of staff TIM, I had an important meeting in an empty restaurant and the bar was full of customers and reasonable conversation and laughter amongst them selves in which I do mind…but I was told to turn down the volume of my phone call even though it was not loud in any way, your member of staff was rude and told me I SHOULD have headphones, regardless of that it was not in his place to tell what I should and shouldn’t have, the whole situation put me off me meal for the evening and there wasn’t even a manager on site when ask to speak to one! Terrible

The location was excellent.Apart from the shortcomings of the breakfast, everything was very good.

The breakfast was good. There were a lot of people at breakfast and many products ran out and we had to wait quite a long time for new ones to be brought. Sää oli ulkona kylmä ja osassa aamiaistilaa oli melko viileää.

Location was ideal, 5 mins from Checkpoint Charlie and City sightseeing bus stop 6. 10 mins walk to Potsdamer. Hotel was warm and friendly. Room cleaning service on request which suited us as we dont need it for 3 nights. Fridge, kettle and safe provided. TV with English news channels.

Not a bad location, decent...

The staff, in particular the night "manager" was unnecessarily rude every single encounter my mother had with him. From first arriving and being issued the wrong key to a room on entirely the wrong floor, we were made to feel it was our mistake somehow. The next day, when my mum simply enquired about some tea bags, the fella snapped that he wouldn't be able to handle such things and he shouldn't be asked.

The only issue was that the bed was not so comfortable for more than 2 days stay.

Comfy bed, good shower, clean room. Located practically downtown.

The location was very good and being close to everywhere was a big advantage. The property was clean and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly.

The pillows were uncomfortable, the room was cold, and the temperature couldn’t be adjusted. Having to request housekeeping a day in advance is a very poor system. The breakfast was below average.

Hotel was very clean and warm in the winter. All the public transportation was really close so the location was really good. Breakfast was nice as well.
