Moxy Berlin Ostbahnhof

Sehr freundliches Personal, die Bar ist ebenfalls sehr zu empfehlen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Bahnhof mit Top Verbindungen zur Stadt ist nur in wenigen Gehminuten zu erreichen.

Am zweiten Tag unseres Aufenthaltes gab es auf Grund von Bauarbeiten von 11 Uhr bis 17 Uhr kein Wasser von ! Und auch keine Entschädigung dafür

I recently stayed at the Moxy Berlin Ostbahnhof and had a wonderful experience. The location is unbeatable; being so close to the Ostbahnhof station made navigating the city and getting to and from the airport incredibly convenient. The staff were a highlight of the stay—super welcoming, energetic, and always ready to help with a smile. They really nail that relaxed, friendly "Moxy" hospitality. As for the facilities, everything was clean, modern, and stylish. I was also very impressed with the breakfast spread—there were plenty of fresh options to start the day right. Overall, this hotel offers excellent value for money in Berlin. Whether you’re here for a quick city break or business, I highly recommend it for its great vibes and perfect location. I would definitely stay here again!

Great hotel, near a main station in a cool area, with excellent transport links. Staff really friendly. Room clean and comfortable. Breakfast great. Awesome shower.

For our budget this was a great hotel. No dislikes.

The room was very cozy and had a beautiful view of the Alexanderplatz Tower. The lobby was stylish and comfortable, with a great bar to relax in. Free lockers were a very convenient addition.The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, especially Ms. Ewelina, who was exceptionally kind and welcoming. The welcome drink included in the price was a lovely bonus. The breakfast offered a wide selection of food and was very tasty.I would highly recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again❤️

One small thing to mention is that the water in the shower could have been a bit warmer. However, this was only a minor issue and shouldn’t be a problem for guests who are not very particular about very hot showers

The room was absolutely beautiful. They had set up an extra sofa bed for our toddler too!

The shower gel was not refilled and both the wash basin drains were clogging.

The location was great and the people downstairs at the reception were very friendly. The bed was also very comfy.

The room was very small, especially the bathroom. The toilet felt crammed in there. The most annoying was housekeeping: they kept coming in the room in the morning while we were there, and one day after tidying the room, they left all the things we threw in the trash on the bathroom sink (for some reason?!).

The room layout was really smart, it was clean, tidy and in a great location. It was so easy to get to the hotel from Berlin Central station and my onward train to Warsaw went from the station right next to the hotel.

The bathroom smelled of drains.

The staff and service were perfect, the cleaniness was great and the lobby and restaurant had great atmosphere and facilities

The matresses were old and not great, and I missed having a fridge and kettle in the room.

The staff were very nice and cooperative, it was clean and the location was perfect for going to Berghain

No toiletries, like soup, no toothpaste, no fridge or minibar, no telephone for fast connection to the reception, and it was REALLY cold and the AC was not blowing warm air initially, we were there at 31 Dec, I was freezing at the room for a few hours

I did not like the pillows and bed was too soft. Otherwise all is good.

Breakfast is not good. There were situations when we were waiting for plates for several minutes, because there were a lot of people.

All very good and recommendable, except one thing... The sheets had red stains on them, I noticed only before leaving the room with the sunlight , otherwise I would have ask to be changed. But bad to know that I have slept on them

You can definetly hear your neighbours if they are having discussions. Soap in the shower was out, which should be a thing the cleaner checks and you tend to note once in the shower. But that was just a minor annoyance.

The reception and lounge bar are working non-stop. It's great that you can hang around in the lounge bar, drink cocktails, and eat pizza after you're done with your day. The staff is very polite, friendly, and nice. The location of the hotel is perfect because it's literally next to the Ostbahnhof. You can get there fairly easily from the airport. The buffet-style breakfast is very good, offering a selection of bread, pastries, salami, salads, fruits, coffee, etc.
