Quite old facility but it has its own vibe with opera themed rooms. You can see the effort to keep the place clean. Great location and lovely staffs.

Staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast was excellent. The view from our window and the breakfast room was unbeatable, and the location was perfect. We will definitely be back!

We were very satisfied with the staff's attitude: everyone was very kind and helpful. The breakfast buffet has a very nice selection of hot and cold meal options. We've very much liked the view from the breakfast terrace. The room was a little bit dated, but clean, so perfectly fit the purpose: we stayed for 3 nights, including NYE. Very happy with the location: Adenauerplatz U-Bahn station is 2 minutes walk from the hotel. There is also a small 24/7 grocery shop just a few meters away.

Not a complaint, only a suggestion: it would be nice to have either a kettle, or a small, cheap capsule coffee machine in the room. Or, perhaps a vending machine in the lobby for some hot and cold drinks. Oh, and a little side note: the walls are very thin so at one point I was tempted to shout out ' she is faking it!' to the neighbours. (I did not)

Very noisy despite the windows

The location of the property was very central. It was close to the Charlottenburg S-Ban station and the Adenauer Platz station. The rooms were very clean. It was nice that they were cleaned daily.The staff were very helpful and friendly.Thank you.

Hotel is a great location and although on the corner of a very busy street, there is very little noise

The smell of cooking from the “Subway” CH takeaway next-door, tends to carry through the hotel

Very good location for exploring Berlin: next to a metro station, close to the transport hub at the zoo. Good breakfast and a beautiful view from the top floor windows. The hotel has a parking lot in the yard and its price is decent. I recommend this hotel.

There is a serious lack of a small fridge and coffee maker or tea kettle in the room. It is not very convenient to run to the drinks machine at the reception - because after a whole day of walking, you would like to do it comfortably in the room.

It was very spacious and the room we got had an amazing panoramic view. It is in a very nice and posh neighbourhood, the bus stop is literally outside the hotel. Good breakfast. Very clean too. Has lift.

No working air conditioning. The hotel actually does have an air conditioning duct but the hotel does not turn it on. The receptionist told us that there is no air conditioner. Although when we booked the hotel we looked through the facilities and they have air conditioner listed. So that is false advertisement. Be careful if this is important for you. We opened all the windows… and forced ourself to sleep. But it wasnt the kinda experience we would have wanted.

Breakfast view is super, the room doesn‘t even matter. All clean, not spectacular but overall enjoyable experience. A place for selfies

Unhelpful and rude staff. Unclean rooms and noisy. We payed for a room with a terrace. We did not get it. When pointed out they did not have a room and just Said we had asked for a quiet room. They Said it was a better room and were just insulting and cruel when we objected and Said we never agreed to this. If we were upgraded there was some infestation in our origanal rooms. The rooms were not quiet.

Good location, good size rooms, cleanliness, good transport links. Breakfast was decent.

Stay away from room 503 if you are coming in the summer. "AC works" is just a title -- a barely noticeable wiff of warm air is barely a functioning AC. I wouldn't go back there in the summer at all, there was no AC in the hallway either so I presume that the AC wasn't working in general. Customer service was the same as the AC, especially on the first night. Not only would the hotel staff refuse to look at the AC, he decided to get the food delivery guy to check out the AC in the room!! I couldn't believe it.

Great staff and nice value, you can bring your dog w/an extra cost. The room are very simple but clean and functional.

The parking was extra and I wished it was more clear. I blame booking somehow. Light with the card in the room, have a buzzing sound from the electric counter, so I put the card away during the night but you have to put it back to go to the bathroom.

Great views from the room balcony, good enough breakfast, comfortable bed and the whole room itself, good location, everything was better than I expected.

The only thing that was missing - no electric cattle in the room.

The hotel was very comfortable. I stayed here twice - once for two nights before I travelled to Poland and then again for 6 days. It is located on Kurfürstendamm - I think Savignyplatz metro was the most convenient ( and it had a lift - so good for suitcases) then 15 minutes walk to hotel.I loved the breakfast on the top floor and my single room had a great view. I would have liked a hot water jug provided. There was a coffee machine in the lobby, but it was not convenient and you needed coins to use it.

Localization was quite good for me. Breakfast was super!

It's quite old hotel which needs some revitalization.

Breakfast was fabulous - well worth booking this each morning - saved the hassle of looking for somewhere to eat, and there were great views. The location was quite central with many possibilities for S-bahn or U-bahn.
