The rrom , the breakfast and the staff were marvelous , as well as the location to nearby metro stations.

Well positioned, near public transport. Quiet, comfy bed, clean towels and nice hot shower.

would have liked a kettle in the room. Also the lift was broken throughout our stay.

The check-in was early, it was very comfortable for us. We could also deposit our luggage - that was good. The location is good - not far from zoo, but it takes around 15 min to get to metro station.

The elevator wasn't working on the second day.

The room was clean and good sized. For the price i paid it was a great deal. Nothing fancy or luxury but it definitely is worth rate.

The staff was incredibly rude and hostile. If you hate tourists do not work in hospitality. Also the hotel was on a very loud street.

Placement was good

We initially booked a room for two adults and one child. When we arrived, the child’s bed was not prepared, which was disappointing. On top of that, once we unfolded the sofa bed, there was absolutely no space left to move around the room. It became impossible to walk through it comfortably. We also discovered that there was no bedding provided. Because of these issues, we had to move to another room. Unfortunately, the second room had a very strange and unpleasant smell. The odor was so strong that it was extremely difficult to sleep. I honestly couldn’t wait for the morning to come so we could leave. Overall, the whole experience felt very odd and uncomfortable. It was not a pleasant stay at all.

The staff members were extremely kind and helpful all the time.The room was beautiful and clean, it had comfortable beds, a working heating system, and a TV.The breakfast also didn't disappoint. I was with my friend, and we like to eat a lot of food, we were both very happy to go to the hotel's restaurant every morning. :)

The breakfast was really good, no notes. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Bathroom was perfect for two people.

Room was really small. A big bed filling out the entire space and basically no other place to sit than on it. Good enough for a 1/2 night stay but could get claustrophobic and annoying for a longer period of time.

+ The bedroom? A solid 10. Comfortable, quiet, exactly what you want after a long day in Berlin.+ Breakfast? Another 10. Generous, tasty, and honestly one of the highlights of the stay.

- And then… the bathroom.We had two rooms, and both bathrooms were identical—remarkably small in a way that feels almost experimental. To fully enjoy the shower, you’d need the agility of a dwarf amphibian and the spatial awareness of a contortionist. I sincerely recommend that management try taking a shower in these rooms themselves before offering them to guests. Nothing! The room that they checked me in had an intense sewage smell, it was impossible to even stay in the room, the wifi was very weak and the reception person was very rude. I was charged in full even though I left after 1 night staying there. Instead of a double room I was put in the attic at the 7th floor where they didn't even have an elevator. The staff kept avoiding my questions about my refund referring to their manager who was never at the hotel. It's been almost 3 weeks I can't get my refund, I called twice and it's the same response: We are waiting for the manager. Poor communication skills, hotel is old and poorly isolated. Their approach to guests is very poor and I'm glad I made the decision to leave.

Upon checking in I got the smelliest room ever, went down to check if I can change it - at first the manager said no, I called their support and the magically found a room until the technician comes to fix the pipes (which was next morning) .The manager was very rude and not helpful - for any questions he said that their manager has the final word and I've never seen him actually in the hotel thinking he would talk to me to resolve the issue. I was put in the attic on the 7th floor next to the cleaning supplies. I stayed the night and decided that I am going to leave this hotel and check into a new one, I talked again to the manager to issue a refund - he said I will be refunded half for one night and full refund for the rest of the days. I left thinking that this minor inconvenience is behind me and went on with my stay in Berlin and in another hotel. Fast forward I was still charged for my full stay in this hotel and when I called them I again heard: Our manager is not here, you need to wait, I asked if he actually works cuz he's never available when I am calling. Customer service is at 0 and it's inhumane to charge a person who left your hotel. Starting from the smell in the room and how this was handled after. Do not recommend this hotel.

Excellent value for money. Good location, clean , tidy, very good breakfast. Perfect for short escapes or work travel

The shower floods under the door into the room. The extractor fan was faulty and running far too loud.

The room was nice as well as the receptionist working night. Especially after my bad experience with the first receptionist it was great that her colleague chose to listen and helped answer my questions without trying to antagonize me.

I was treated horrendously by the receptionist who was working in the evening when I arrived. She tried to start arguments and started testing my intelligence. Absolutely 0 customer service from her and anytime I asked her a question she went straight into attack mode instead of doing her job. Honestly the worst customer service I have seen by a receptionist.

Great location and easy acces to the train/underground. No problem with the check-in and check-out and the hours of it are very accommodating as well. Accessible parking spots for not as high of a price as in the near by hotels. Tasty breakfast with wide variety of foods - you can eat something different for the whole weekend.

The hotel is older and it shows a little. The bathroom was not perfectly cleaned as for my standards, shower head was broken (you could shower but it was bothersome) and the water took ages to warm up and was very difficult to put into the right temperature.

The real comfortable room was efficient big place comfortable beds bi room size and the breakfast was reealy good with good people

I didnt like what they offered me in my 1 day as a comfortable room on the upper most level at the roof story with almost no window and organised for 2 people. After my complaint, I had to stay there for 1 night and then they changed my room which was a real.comfort room. But all these roon change has taken 1 day. At the roof room, it was to hot and you couldn't watch outside.. But the real comfort room was good and the same as shown in booking room big space good windows beds and bathroom. Another thing was that there was no minibar or refrigerator, however the breakfast was really very tasteful

Me and my brother stayed in this hotel for three nights during Lollapalooza festival. Location was very good as it was only couple of train stops aways from Olympicstadion. We didn't have time to visit Berlin city center, but it wouldn't have been hard to travel there as this hotel is walking distance from Charlottenburg train stop. We used S-bahn for traveling. You can easily travel from airport to Charlottenburg stop by S9 train. It is an hour ride, but it was nice to see Berlin through train window. Check-in was easy and staff was very nice, warm and welcoming. We also had hotel breakfast, which for us was okay - there is many drink options, different cereal, sandwich material, warm food and some sweets. The bread selection was very good in my opinion. Room was small, but very cozy. It definately had some spots here and there that could need some refreshment, but we didn't mind. Our room was on the second floor facing parking lot and I would say that it was rather quiet.

Only thing that we didn't really like was the fact that there was no door or shower curtain for shower and therefore the whole bathroom got very wet from the shower. Also you only could use bathroom ventilator together with light - they had same switch. I don't know if it was only our bathroom, but also the sink drained very slowly, so you had to make sure that you didn't overflow it. And last thing to point out, there is no ventilation/climate control in the room, so we just opened our window.

The staff are super friendly and extremely helpful.
