The breakfast was amazing as was the location

The beds were a bit small and our room looked into a brick wall

We were lucky and got a family room with the kitchen (although we ordered a cheaper one, without a kitchen) Everything was new and clean, the bed was comfortable, big tv, all the kitchen facilities. Strongly recommend to stay at this hotel.

Tv is too old and night time room is cold idk maybe they turning off heating

Great location, just a few meters away from the tram stop, a few stops away from Alexanderplatz. Comfy beds, quiet, nice staff.

The breakfast was a bit overpriced but the staff was very nice and accommodating. The bathroom could have a few more hangers since it's a triple room and a heating element to keep it warm.

Bed wasn't comfortable due to not being level.It seemed to be damaged on one side.

It's a very cosy hotel with a personal touch. All staff have been really nice and helpful. Location is nice to explore Prenzlauer Berg and some 10 minutes by tram from Alexanderplatz. The hotel is located in a rear building and therefore very quiet. Breakfast is served on the table and was really nice, tasty and varied.

The pillows were not the best. Wifi was very weak. On the day of our arrival the hot water system of the house broke, so only had cold shower. It took three days to repair. It was presumably just bad luck, and the hotel handled it in a very adequate and transparent manner, also providing adequate compensation.

Affordable and a good location.

No top sheet on bed. Two single dooners on a supposedly double bed.

Nice location, kind and helpful staff, perfectly adequate room for our needs.

The bathroom had an impossibly high toilet seat. Very difficult to use.

The quality of pillows leaves a lot to be desired. They were blankets stuffed in the pillow cases.

Location is great if you like Prenzlauer Berg. Nice cafes and restaurants around, and you have good access to the tram.

The room was clean, however there was hair everywhere: the shower, the sink, the bed. Maybe it belongs to the cleaning staff, because the room wasn’t dirty, however it’s a bit uncomfortable to find other people’s hair all over…

Location was great although finding it at night was difficult because you need to go through a gate and walk to the back courtyard to find it.

Noisy! Could hear people walking above. I know it’s an old building but the rooms were just very small. Not enough hangers either. Very loud fan in the bathroom, annoyingly loud. Housekeeping made bed but didn’t clean up the room.

Room was spacious enough for three friends. The location was good, not the hippest district of Berlin but close to everything.

The room was spotless clean and with an internal view to the garden as per my preference for quiet stays. The location is great, there are loads of nice restaurants, cafés and services nearby. I did not eat my breakfast at the hotel so can't rate it.

The room was convenient for two people but smaller than I expected from the photos I saw.
